Lift Log - 1RM, Plates, Deload
AI coach for hypertrophy & PR
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
A workout tracker that doesn't stop at "just logging." AI tells you what to do next — on every iPhone.
■ AI Coach tells you what to do next (Premium, all devices)
Your next weight and reps, when to deload, and the first signs of a plateau. When a session ends, you get a recap written for that session: what went well, what to improve, and what to focus on next time.
* On Apple Intelligence–capable iPhones (iPhone 15 Pro or later, iOS 26 or later), the AI runs on device by default and no data is sent out for AI processing. On any iPhone, only if you have Premium (monthly/yearly) and turn on "Cloud data sharing" are your next-set suggestions and session recaps generated in the cloud (the exercise name, your recent sets and the finished session — plus your 3-day average sleep, average protein and mood — are sent with an anonymous ID; nothing is sent while it is off).
■ Log in seconds (all devices)
Your last weight and reps are pre-filled — just one tap. Start your usual routine instantly with templates.
■ Never miss a personal record (all devices)
PRs are detected automatically and celebrated the moment you hit them.
■ Compare your own records in the Playbook (all devices)
Each page is one interval of the same exercise — last time to this time. The sleep and protein you logged during that interval line up alongside it. The app draws no conclusions; you do the comparing.
■ No login, automatic iCloud sync (all devices)
Sync across iPhones with just your Apple ID. Start right now.
Get stronger, backed by data.
■ About subscriptions
Premium (monthly/yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 14-day free trial) unlocks detailed reports, unlimited templates, and the AI Coach.

more ■ Fixes
・Numbers now use the correct singular and plural forms throughout the app (e.g., "Rest 1 day", "1 exercise", "Playbook (8 pages)")
1.17 5d ago
■ See when you do more reps at the same weight
・The workout completion screen now shows how each exercise compares with last time (up / same / down)
・Beating your most reps at the same weight is now celebrated
・Your personal records list now shows "Most reps at this weight" for each weight
■ Playbook
・Results are now shown in four levels (such as "Improved since last time")
・Shows what was different from usual that time, such as meals, time of day, or the previous night's sleep
・Shows observations across multiple sessions, with counts (e.g., "Days when … were more common among the days you improved")
■ Logging screen
・After you log a set, a "Finish Training" button now appears at the bottom of the screen
■ Bug fixes
・Fixed an issue where meal and condition reminders showed the previous day's values
・Fixed an issue where tapping a field prefilled with last time's value (such as weight) and typing added to the existing value, which could save a value with extra digits. Tapping now selects the whole value
・Values previously saved with extra digits are now excluded from the display and calculations of history, stats, personal records and more
1.16 Oct 15
■ Usage data
・To help improve the app, it now sends usage data (such as which features are used). It never includes your workout content or things like your name or contact information
・You can turn this off anytime in Settings ▸ Data with "Share Usage Data"
■ Bug fixes
・Fixed an issue where deleting your account could run twice internally
1.15 Oct 12
■ A refreshed first-time experience
・The recap after your first logged workout is now a single page, so you can review what you logged and choose your goal on the same screen
・At the end of the first-time introduction, a screen introducing Premium is shown once (you can close it right away)
■ Improved stability
・If the Premium screen fails to load, it now automatically tries again
■ Voice input
・Voice input currently supports Japanese only, so the voice input button is no longer shown in other languages
1.14 Oct 6
■ More accurate AI coach comments
・The home coach card on the home screen no longer states weekly completed counts or ratios (half, double, etc.) that don't match your actual records
・It now appears more often, and stray formatting symbols (like **) no longer show up in its text
・The set-suggestion card no longer says "no previous record" when one exists, and we fixed garbled English wording and wrong decimal formatting in some languages
■ Clearer AI messages before and after your workout
・The AI recap after finishing a workout now shows a message that matches why it's unavailable (free plan, AI coach off, unsupported device language) instead of getting stuck on "couldn't generate, try again" when retrying could never work
・For the pre-workout AI suggestion, the AI now only picks from a set of options, and the app writes the sentence from the numbers actually shown on screen, so the text matches what you see
・Fixed the next-session weight suggestion being skewed by the session you'd just finished
■ Fixed missing records at the end of the week
・The stats tab, weekly report, and deload suggestion no longer miss the last day of the week when totaling your training
・Ending a workout with zero sets logged no longer saves it as a completed session
■ Consistent app name on share cards
・Share cards now use the same app name as your home screen and the App Store listing
1.13 Oct 6
■ Hybrid-race stations, logged the normal way
・7 new stations — sled push, sled pull, farmers carry, sandbag lunge, wall balls, ski erg, burpee broad jump
・New set type: weight AND distance in one row, so sled and carry work sit next to everything else you log
■ Clearer answer to "what does my weekly frequency do?"
・The goal screen now tells you — right where you set the number — whether it's used in your plan, and where it is used if it isn't
■ AI cards handle failures better
・If a coach card can't generate, it now offers a retry instead of vanishing
1.12 Sep 26
■ New per-exercise progress chart
・Switch the series by set position (first, last, top, average) and see how the weight moves
・The app lines it up; the reading is yours
■ The AI Coach no longer states numbers that aren't in your records
・Goals and ratios that aren't backed by your own log are gone
■ Bug fixes
・Fixed paragraphs collapsing so words ran together in AI cards
1.11 Sep 22
Fixes to how a workout starts.
• Fixed an issue where tapping the home card while a session was already in progress could create a new session and leave the previous one unreachable. It now resumes the session in progress.
• Removed the tutorial overlay on the record screen — it was covering the button you needed to tap next.
• Fixed three places where VoiceOver announced something different from what was on screen (blank cardio fields, and the locked items in Statistics and Playbook).
• Tidied up the built-in food names.
1.10 Sep 14
A significant accuracy fix for sleep data.
• Fixed an issue where sleep duration could be counted as much longer than it actually was for Apple Watch users. Nights that were already recorded are recalculated automatically, so the numbers your AI Coach and Playbook rely on are corrected too.
• When Apple Watch sleep stages aren't available, sleep time is now shown as an estimate based on time in bed — and the AI treats it as an estimate.
• Strengthened validation so the Spanish AI Coach doesn't propose actions the app never offered.
1.9 Sep 11
■ The correlation report has been replaced by the Playbook
・A page now runs from your last session of an exercise to this one, instead of a calendar window. Even at one or two sessions a week, your first page arrives sooner
・The app lines things up; you do the comparing. It draws no conclusions
■ Numbers and dates now follow your region
・The decimal separator and the order of the date now follow your device's region settings
・Exercise names now follow your device language (fixed: they stayed in the language you first launched the app in)
■ Logging and history are easier to use
・The confirm button on the logging screen now spans the full width of the row
・You can now search your history by session or exercise name
■ Goals no longer make predictions they can't back up
・Forecasts that weren't grounded in your own records are gone
■ The AI Coach description now matches the implementation
・The list of what is sent to the cloud is now accurate
■ Bug fixes
1.8 Sep 7
■ Privacy
・Sleep data read from Apple Health is no longer synced to iCloud — it now stays on your device only.
・Any such sleep data that earlier versions had synced to iCloud is automatically reconciled and removed after you update.
■ A better-grounded AI Coach
・The AI now receives only the facts the app actually holds, and what it writes is checked against those facts before you see it.
・Fewer statements about form or posture the app never observed, fewer numbers it was never given, and fewer suggestions for options it never offered.
・When the AI has no grounded advice to give, the app switches to deterministic guidance and shows what to log so the next session has more to work with.
■ Bug fixes
・Fixed the exercise list becoming empty when you relaunched the app and tapped "Resume".
・Fixed VoiceOver announcing system guidance as "AI Coach advice".
・Fixed the second sentence of the guidance text not appearing in English, Spanish, French and German.
・Other fixes and stability improvements.
1.7 Aug 28
■ Share your records as a card
・New personal records, finished sessions, reached goals and streaks can now be shared as a single card image.
■ "Still worth trying" for your goal
・When your pace falls short of the goal, the app shows what you can change to close the gap: logging sleep, protein and condition, your weekly plan, or considering a deload. Some of these are Premium features.
・It also shows how the required pace has changed since last time.
■ A more honest AI
・This app has no camera and no sensors. The AI no longer writes about your form or posture as if it had watched you train.
・Added checks so the AI cannot invent numbers it was never given, such as heart-rate or sleep-duration targets.
・Comparisons that cannot be made are no longer passed to the AI ("first record" and "a big drop" used to appear together).
・Correlations based on too few samples are no longer called "strong" in AI advice.
■ Fixes
・Fixed the correlation detail screen always opening blank.
・Fixed the missing "how many more days you need" line when there were no correlation records yet.
・Fixed a Premium entry point that opened without showing anything.
・Fixed AI chat becoming unable to send after a single failure.
・Other bug fixes and stability improvements.
1.6 Aug 21
■ The AI Coach now works on every iPhone (Premium)
・The AI Coach used to require an Apple Intelligence–capable device. With Premium (monthly/yearly) it now works on any iPhone — turn on Settings ▸ AI Coach ▸ Cloud data sharing.
・Alongside next-set suggestions, you now get a recap after each session.
・Only the exercise name, your recent sets and the finished session are sent, with an anonymous ID. Turn it off any time to stop sending.
■ Honest display
・When the AI could not produce a suggestion, the screen no longer ends up blank — you get a one-line reason instead.
・Devices without on-device AI no longer keep showing "AI Coach is unavailable" when it is actually available.
・The in-app privacy explanation now matches what happens when cloud AI is used.
■ Other
・Bug fixes and stability improvements
1.5 Aug 14
■ Major improvements to iCloud sync
・Fixed an issue where, right after switching devices or reinstalling, a screen could look like your data was gone while it was still being imported. It now refreshes automatically once the import finishes.
・Sessions that haven't finished syncing are no longer stated as "0 sets" — the app now tells you it is still importing from iCloud.
・A sync failure is no longer erased by a later success. You can check it in Settings ▸ Data.
■ Rebuilt the purchase foundation
・More reliable purchases and restores. Your existing Premium or Lifetime access carries over unchanged.
・You can now manage or cancel your subscription from Settings.

・Bug fixes and stability improvements
