Never be late again. Meet Now sits quietly in your menu bar and opens Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams the moment your next meeting is about to start. Meet Now is the quiet menu bar app that opens your video meetings for you at the moment they're about to start. No more scrambling for the calendar invite. No more pasting links into your browser. No more apologizing as you join two minutes late. Meet Now reads your Apple Calendar, watches the clock, and launches each meeting in your default browser at exactly the right time. Then it gets out of your way WHY MEET NOW • Lives in your menu bar. No Dock icon, no windows, no noise • Works with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams links • Reads your existing Apple Calendar. No new account, no sign-in • Zero tracking, zero analytics, zero ads • Tiny, native Swift app FEATURES At a glance in the menu bar See a live countdown to your next meeting right next to the clock. A colored dot tells you which calendar it's from. When a meeting is less than a minute out, the icon changes so you know it's go-time. Auto-open, on your schedule Set an "open window" anywhere from 0 to 15 minutes before each meeting. Meet Now opens the video link in your browser at exactly the right moment — every time. One-click join Click the menu bar icon to see every meeting in the next hour. Tap any meeting to open the link instantly. Already running late? A count-up timer shows how long ago the meeting started. Pick your calendars Choose which calendars Meet Now watches. Personal events stay personal. Work meetings get auto-opened. Your call. Launch at login Flip a single switch in preferences and Meet Now is ready every time you sit down at your Mac. PRIVACY Meet Now reads your calendar locally on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded, shared, or sold. There is no account, no telemetry, and no analytics. The app talks to your calendar and your browser — and that's it. REQUIREMENTS • macOS 15.6 or later • Apple Calendar with at least one calendar containing meetings SUPPORT Questions, bugs, or feature requests?
