TextPort gave me something I thought I wouldn’t be able to get

After meeting my biological brother for the first time in 48 years, our text conversations became some of the most meaningful memories I've ever had. We texted so much over the past year, than when I wanted to go back to the beginning, I could never get my phone to scroll far enough. My brother and I really wanted to recover those messages to reminisce about when we first met, and I was devastated at the thought they might be gone. Thanks to TextPort, I was able to recover every one of them.I can't thank the creators of this app enough. What you built didn't just recover text messages—it restored priceless memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. For anyone who thinks they're just downloading another utility app, know that it has the power to preserve moments that can never be recreated. That gift is truly priceless to me and my brother.

Fantastic app—it did everything I needed it to do

I lost my partner of 5 years and there was really no way to go back and read everything we had written since the beginning of our relationship until I used TextPort. The software was able to take all of the messages over 5 years (32,000 of them) and put them into a PDF format for me that is (wildly) 3,266 pages long. It’s a time capsule of our relationship—its highs and lows—and I am thankful that the program exists, that I have the pages I have. I am grateful. Thank you.
Developer Response
We're so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing this, and we're glad all 3,266 pages of your conversations with your partner are safe with you.

Messages is one of those areas that can become unruly and a total mess in the blink of an eye. Textport brings some sanity to a a "wild west" of text and ideas plus numerous emoji and the ability to keep it all clean without losing historical information is invaluable.
Improvements and bug fixes.
