Beer Bank: Calorie Ledger
Responsible-ish Accounting

Beer Bank is a humorous calorie ledger for adults 21 and older. It compares workout calories with logged drink calories so you can see a simple estimated balance. No judgment. Just the math.
Use the Bank tab to see this week's estimated workout calories, drink calories, and balance. Add a drink from preset calorie estimates, log a manual workout, or connect Apple Health to include active calories from workouts automatically.
History keeps your ledger grouped by week with an all-time Bank summary from your chosen start date. Settings let you adjust drink preset calories for future logs, choose appearance, connect Apple Health, and review the local-first privacy notes.
Beer Bank is local-first. No account required. Apple Health data stays on device. Beer Bank does not sell health or logged item data.
All calorie numbers are estimates. Beer Bank estimates calorie balance for entertainment and general awareness. It does not recommend alcohol consumption and is not medical, fitness, or nutrition advice.
Ratings & Reviews
• Last week's overdrawn balance now carries over on Bank, showing what's left to offset and how much this week has already covered.
• The carry-over marks itself cleared once it's fully offset. You can turn it off in Settings.
• Hard seltzer joins the drink presets. Adjust its calorie estimate in Settings like any other preset.
