Stop taking minutes. Griffel is the AI minute-taker that asks follow-up questions: put your phone on the table, have the conversation, and receive professional meeting minutes in your inbox within minutes — with a summary, action items, decisions, and open points.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Put your phone on the table. Griffel records your meeting and takes notes. All you have to do is have the conversation.
2. Griffel asks follow-up questions. A few short questions afterwards sharpen the minutes. No vague AI summary, but minutes that are actually right.
3. Name the speakers. Griffel recognizes who is speaking — listen to a short clip and name each speaker with one tap.
4. Minutes in your inbox. Accurately summarized and ready to share with colleagues or clients.
WHY GRIFFEL
• The AI minute-taker that asks questions: unclear points become questions, not assumptions
• Built for in-person meetings — no bot crashing your video call
• Add context (an agenda, quote, or other document) so names, amounts, and industry terms come out right
• Minutes in English or Dutch
• Send directly to up to 10 recipients
• Keeps recording in the background, even during long meetings
• Offline? Griffel uploads your recording as soon as you're back online
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Your meeting data is processed in the EU
• Your recording is deleted immediately after processing
• Griffel keeps no copy of your minutes — they exist only in your email
• Your transcript stays hidden
