• Offers gentle reflections on the patterns she notices over time
• Connects you with crisis resources (988, 741741) when the moment calls for it — and refers you to a professional when it should
A FULL TOOLKIT, WHEN YOU NEED IT
Guided meditations, breathwork, sleep stories, mood check-ins, and a private journal — all woven into your conversation with Bliss so the right practice surfaces at the right moment.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your conversations and journal entries are encrypted. You can read, edit, or permanently delete anything Bliss remembers about you at any time from "Your Memory" in Settings.
