What's new • The app is now called Vareio Nutri — same app, same data, new name • My Meals: a whole recipe goes into the Diary as a single entry, and you choose the weight (the full recipe, half, or any grams) — macros, fiber, micronutrients and water scale proportionally • Fiber now shows next to the other macros in your recipes (list, editor and detail) • "Quick add" shows twice as many recent items Fixes • Restoring a backup with "replace everything" now also clears old fasting sessions and body measurements — no more duplicated history

What's new • Net carbs: the carb block now breaks down total, fiber, and net carbs (total − fiber), and the goal can be judged by net carbs — configurable in Vareio Score (on by default) • Water in custom meals: set a water amount that's logged automatically when you apply the meal • The session + button now offers a menu: add food now or create a planned diet meal for that session • The current-time session is highlighted in the Diary, with its time next to the name • Fiber is now synced to the Health app along with your macros Fixes • Fasting 24h+ now truly protects your streak (full fasting days no longer break it) • The annual report streak now matches the Diary (it respects protected days) • Micronutrient colors on past days are now consistent with today's • Backup is now complete: Vareio Score weights, weekly micro cadence, and fasting goals travel in the file • Barcode scanning checks the local database first — instant, offline results for known products • Voice capture follows the app language (and prefers on-device recognition when available) • Celebration animations no longer pause your music/podcast • Removing a water entry updates the list immediately • Minor layout tweaks and polish

WHAT'S NEW • Custom date range report — pick any period up to 90 days to review and export for AI analysis. • Weekly micronutrients — fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K, B12) can now be tracked weekly, without hurting your Vareio Score on days you don't eat them. • Bulk AI fill — complete one micronutrient across all your custom foods at once. • Fiber in reports — daily average in weekly, monthly, yearly and custom range views, plus fiber when adding a food. • Per-micronutrient options screen — target, coverage, visibility and cadence in one place. IMPROVEMENTS • Faster, more economical AI lookups. • Simplified AI setup. • "Recently added" now prioritizes your latest items, across any meal. FIXES • Skipping a medication no longer hurts your daily goal or Vareio Score. • Editing a medication's time no longer rewrites past records. • Newly created custom foods appear in the meal immediately. • Fasting card refreshes when you return to the app. • Streak counts when you log a planned meal. • Fasting always starts at the current time. • Food search tolerates commas and word order. • Your last used portion is suggested again. • Visual fixes to the Vareio Score ring (light theme) and the medications card.
