Reminders fire only for entries you scheduled — no streaks, no marketing nudges. Log, snooze, or skip straight from the notification. Vial tracks your adherence so you can see how closely you're keeping to plan. INVENTORY & COST Track every vial: remaining mg, cost per mg, and days of supply. Vial flags low stock before you run out. Pens, oral, nasal, and topical formats are supported alongside vials. Open any compound to see its half-life and an estimated concentration curve over time. APPLE HEALTH INSIGHTS Overlay weight, HRV, resting heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep from Apple Health on your dose timeline.
