• Sales Tax & Payroll — Stay informed about filings, approvals, and other important items.
• Notifications — Get alerts for new messages, tasks, and documents so important updates don't slip through the cracks.
SECURE BY DESIGN
Your connection is encrypted and optional two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security when you want it.

New in this version
• CPA and CFO channels. If your business works with an outside CPA or CFO,
they can now have their own secure channel in the app — chat and document
sharing, kept separate from your other services.
• View Estimate. New clients can review their estimate and send their
onboarding documents right in the app, instead of through a separate
file-sharing service.
• A clearer Link Library. The links shared with you are now grouped into
sections, so links that apply to everyone, to a particular service, and to
your business specifically are easy to tell apart.
• Time tracking improvements for HarQuin staff taking part in the current
pilot: resume a stopped timer and correct its time before it starts again,
begin a timer with time you have already worked, and time is now recorded
exactly as worked rather than rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Notes
typed just before stopping a timer are now saved reliably.
