WHAT STAXEN DOES
Estimates by voice: Walk a job, talk through the scope, and Staxen prices every line from your rate book and sends the estimate to your client from your email before you leave the driveway. No typing.
Blueprint takeoffs: Drop a residential blueprint into Staxen and it reads the floor plan, identifies each room, calculates square footage, splits wet rooms out, and applies a waste factor. You get an itemized takeoff with per-room breakdowns ready to drop into an estimate.
General Contractor invoice automation: Connect Gmail and Staxen ingests your sub invoices automatically. AI extracts vendor, amount, line items, and matches each one to the right project. You approve from your phone.
Change orders: Say "Add the subpanel, two grand" and Staxen writes the change order, drafts the email, and gets it e-signed from the client's phone.
Receipts: Snap a Home Depot photo, tell Staxen which job, and it files to the right ledger. Quarter-end stops being a weekend.
Payments: Staxen drafts, sends, and chases reminders until the money lands in your account.
QuickBooks two-way sync: Approved bills and invoices flow into QuickBooks Online automatically. Your books stay clean.
