dab — habit tracker
small things, today.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
dab is a habit tracker for brains that miss days.
most habit apps punish you for missing yesterday. this one doesn't. there are no streaks at the center. no red x's. no "you failed."
each habit done is a dab — a small, warm mark on today. a year of dabs adds up. when you miss, you get a soft day, not a scolding.
— up to 3 habits free, unlimited with pro
— soft days: forgiveness credits that let a missed day still count
— mood-aware: each completion remembers how your brain felt
— body double: a past self sits with you while you focus
— 8 warm themes (1 free, 7 with pro)
— apple watch app + complications
— home screen + lock screen widgets
— mood heatmap with full history
— no streaks. no shame. your data stays on your phone.
built for adhd brains, useful for any brain.
— privacy —
dab does not collect, store, or transmit your habit data anywhere. everything lives on your device. there are no accounts, no servers, no analytics piggy-backing on your habits.
