Bug fixes and minor UI improvements

Cancelled a job? You now have options. Instead of a dead end, you can switch to a different mechanic in one tap and keep your existing quotes live, or reschedule with the same one. Mechanics can now send one revised offer on a job you reopen, clearly marked so you can spot it. We added a new Body and Cosmetic job category, deleting a job keeps your history intact, and we updated our Terms and Conditions. This release also includes security and reliability improvements throughout.
