FIXED! Overheats my battery (updated review: added a star but still needs work-keep going devs)
Sw25355
I use this app to read stories. I am not a writer. After the latest app update, this app causes my iPad battery to heat up. After closing the app the battery cools down. This does not happen with any other app I open. Please fix.I do like many of the stories but it is a struggle read because of forced breaks caused by overloaded battery and random app shutdowns. Many features and links seem to not work either. I would like to continue using this product so please rectify these issues.
App is down *FIXED (for now)
Erin Gwann
Paid $2.99 per week and then the app is down. Audio and next chapter option not working, it just repeated the same chapter.

• Upgrading your plan now shows exactly what you'll be charged before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
• Fixed audio and video continuing to play in the background after you left the screen.
• The audiobook progress bar now moves smoothly when using your device's voice.
• Pop-up panels open and close properly now, and you can swipe them down to dismiss.
• Restored missing chapters across hundreds of novels, so you can keep reading where a series used to stop.
• Fixed placeholder text appearing on the subscription screen.
• Performance and stability improvements throughout the app.
