Your next workout, always ready
Your home screen shows your next workout and its time slot. Start it in one tap or move it, and get a reminder right on time. At the end of each workout, you already pick the next one.
Your rank in 3 workouts
You start with an estimated rank. It sharpens with every workout and is revealed on the third.
Meals and recipes
Save the meals you eat often and log them in one tap. Build your recipes: weigh the raw ingredients, set the number of servings, and weigh the cooked dish if you want to log by the gram. Copy yesterday's meal in a single tap.
A redesigned Analysis tab
One board brings together the state of each muscle, your recovery, your training week, your nutrition and your weight. Tap any tile for the details.
Records that speak louder
Your latest records scroll by period. Your bests are grouped by muscle, with each exercise's image and a summary per group. A record's history now lives on its progress page.
Always the right day
At midnight, your food log and widget move to the new day, even if you haven't logged anything yet.
Fixes
A free workout that covers the day's exercises now counts toward your program.
The home screen no longer closes for accounts whose program came from an older version.
1.5.1 Oct 4
Grow 1.5: your programs now show exactly where you stand, and every session ends by showing what you gained.
PROGRAMS, REBUILT
• See where you are at a glance: week 3 of 8, sessions done this week, what's next.
• Plans changed? Move a session to another day in two taps.
• Exercise not working for you? Swap it for an alternative that hits the same muscle, with the equipment you have.
• Your sets come prefilled with your last weight and target reps. One tap to confirm.
• Track your progress: lifts, consistency, volume, body weight and LP gained since day one.
• Start a program in 3 steps (start date, training days, goal) and get a full review when it ends.
A NEW END OF SESSION
• Your gains per exercise, your records, then your rank climbing live, all in one sequence.
• Then the recap: duration, volume, sets, consistency.
• In a hurry? Tap to speed it up, tap again to skip.
A FAIRER RANK
• End-of-session LP are now exact, exercise by exercise, so every record counts, even when you stay in the same division.
• Your rank updates as soon as you log your weight.
• Your rank history now displays correctly, even past 100 sessions.
ALSO
• Nutrition: your calorie target is now the same everywhere, on the home screen, in the food log and in the widget.
• "New session" on a program day lets you pick your workout again.
• New to Grow? Keep your trial session and schedule your first real one with a reminder.
• Smoother animations and bug fixes.
1.5.0 Sep 27
Grow now tracks your nutrition. Scan a product's barcode to instantly get its calories and macros, or search for it by name. Adjust quantities in grams, millilitres or servings, and log the days you forgot along the way. Your daily calories appear on the home screen and in a new widget, right next to your weight tracking: you choose what to see, during onboarding or any time from settings. On the social side, the feed now gives far more room to real athletes, the leaderboard goes from 50 to 100 places, and a badge tells you when friend requests are waiting. When starting a workout, you can finally pick between your program session, a recommended one, or a blank slate — and the exercises follow your choice. This release also fixes the workout tracker on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, which could disappear mid-session.

Redesigned ranks
Every tier now has its own medallion, with a material, halo and ring specific to Iron, Bronze, Steel, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Obsidian. Your division reads at a glance, everywhere in the app.
Reworked end of workout
Personal records, rank-up and summary now play out in three steps. The summary breaks down volume lifted per muscle group and LP earned.
Clearer home screen
A single status card brings together your rank, your progress toward the next division, your sessions this week and your streak. The rest of the screen flows without boxes.
Reorganised personal records
Records are now grouped by muscle. Each section shows its average rank and your best exercise without opening it, and your ranking comes before the load.
Richer rank history
Smoothed curve, 30 / 90-day filter, next-tier marker and rank-up markers.
Body weight tracking
Log your weight at the pace you choose — daily, weekly or monthly — with an optional reminder, a progress curve and a home card.
Per-machine load references
Reference loads now account for the machine used, so two different pieces of equipment are no longer compared as one.
Guided onboarding
The getting-started flow walks new users through the app and introduces the social features and leaderboards.
1.3.0 Sep 2
Grow goes social.
• New Social tab: scroll through the latest workouts from the community and your friends, feed-style.

• Leaderboards: compare yourself with others on global rank and streaks, globally or among friends.
• Public profiles: visit other athletes' profiles, ranks and workouts (visibility adjustable in settings).
• Reactions: cheer on a workout with a single tap.

Grow just leveled up with its biggest update since launch. The whole app has been redesigned for a more premium, smoother feel from the first screen to the last. The new home puts your progress front and center: your daily Momentum, your weekly streak, and your estimated rank from your very first workout. We also guide you better — when you start, pick a recommended workout, a manual one, or a past one, and discover programs matched to your profile — while the Strength Map shows your rank muscle by muscle on a strength card you can share. On the free plan, you now choose the 5 exercises you want to track, ranking and progression included, and you can even get started without creating an account. We've also enriched records and ranks (filters, rank progression curve, animated PR celebrations), added building a program straight from a workout, and reminders to keep your momentum going. Now go train. + Program Bug Fixed
