Manook helps parents plan flights around a young child’s sleep routine. Add a child profile, choose departure and arrival airports, set the trip month and road time to the airport, then calculate suggested departure windows. manook ranks options by how well they fit the child’s usual sleep and wake periods, while accounting for flight duration, airport time, landing buffer and time zone changes. What manook does: - calculates departure windows for children from 0 to 3 years old; - supports multiple child profiles in one family calculation; - estimates route duration from an offline airport and country-pair dataset; - allows manual flight duration when the offline route estimate is not enough; - accounts for drive time to the airport, airport buffer and post-landing buffer; - groups results into practical scenarios such as sleep in the car, sleep on the plane and calm compromise; - saves selected calculations locally; - works offline for the core planning flow. manook is a planning aid, not a flight booking app, airline schedule database or medical tool. It does not guarantee that a child will sleep during travel, but it helps parents compare departure times with less guesswork.
