Painting Mirror: The Studio in Your Pocket
Flip, check, and analyze your work in real time. Painting Mirror combines a live mirrored view, professional composition guides, and color analysis tools - everything painters use to catch proportion errors, judge tone, and balance color, all from your iPhone or iPad.
For painters, illustrators, and artists who sketch and paint traditionally. Free core features, with optional Full Studio access for advanced tools - as a subscription or a one-time purchase.
Why Artists Love It
Traditional artists know the power of flipping their work to catch errors the eye overlooks. Painting Mirror gives you that flip instantly, from any angle. But it goes further: overlay golden ratio spirals, grids, and composition guides to refine placement. Grayscale mode strips color to judge values alone. Step Back glides your whole composition away to see it from across the room. Temperature Map exaggerates warm and cool to diagnose color temperature problems in a glance. And Value Picker samples any point to read its tone on a 1-10 scale - no guesswork, just precision.
Every mode opens calm and focused: just the view and its main control, with extra tools one tap away.
