Blinky: Contact Lens Tracker

Wear timer & lens reminders

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.

Know exactly when to swap your lenses. Track wear time per eye, get replacement reminders, and keep your routine on your wrist and home screen. Blinky is the simple, private way to track your contact lenses — so you never guess when to replace them or wonder how long they've been in. A LIVE WEAR TIMER Start a wear session and Blinky counts the time your lenses have been in, per eye. See it at a glance on the Today screen, in a Live Activity and Dynamic Island, and on your Apple Watch. REPLACEMENT REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY HELP Blinky tracks each lens plan and reminds you when a pair is due, when you're running low on stock, when an accessory needs replacing, and when your prescription is about to expire. PER-EYE TRACKING Left and right eyes are tracked independently. If one eye is due before the other, Blinky tells you — no more replacing a good lens early or wearing one too long. YOUR LENS LIBRARY Keep all your lens products in one place. Build plans, switch between them, and archive the ones you no longer use. MODES FOR REAL LIFE Travel, Sport, Beach, and Pool modes adjust your reminders and surface the right safety guidance for the moment — including water-exposure warnings sourced from public health guidance. ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN A full Apple Watch app mirrors your wear timer and lets you log comfort and symptoms. Home-screen and lock-screen widgets keep your lens countdown one glance away. LEARN THE BASICS New to contacts? Built-in guides walk you through inserting, removing, and caring for your lenses, plus the red flags that mean stop and call your eye-care professional. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data stays on your device. Blinky uses no third-party tracking and no ads. If you choose, your prescription can be saved to Apple Health (write only — Blinky never reads your health data). TRY IT FREE, THEN UNLOCK ONCE Use Blinky free for 14 days. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks everything forever — no subscription, no ads.
