Fix urgent issue in TempoTreadle 3 Multi-Treadle mapped treadles

Browse Drafts is now the home screen when nothing is open, with a Browse button on the top bar and a Cloud panel on the rail for your account, MyCloud and sharing. Weave Assistant: a Manual device type for weaving without a box, a Pause mode that judges and counts nothing while you fix a shed or step away, indicator colors you choose (with a colorblind-safe preset), a same-shed cue, Reset Progress for the next piece, and a large weft swatch with the yarn name. Floor-loom treadles are judged exactly, so a wrong treadle always beeps. Ten new languages: Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Polish, Russian, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal) and Norwegian, with every part of the screen translated.

Connect Dobby/TempoTreadle from the top bar: a Connect chip in the Weave Assistant links your TempoTreadle with one tap, and shows at a glance whether it's connected. View Fabric gives the cloth the screen: the options fold into one row and open with a tap, and you can zoom out to 3% to see a long cloth whole. Treadle Expander (Pro feature): Isolate Shafts moves a set of shafts to their own treadle so a heavy press becomes two light ones. The cloth is unchanged. Suomi (Finnish) joins the languages. License activation now goes through the TempoWeave cloud service.

Draft location: each tab shows whether the draft is on this device, in MyCloud, or both, and both names when they differ, with a one-tap Rename in MyCloud to match. Save As makes another draft; Browse Drafts lists each draft once; Share on a MyCloud draft shares that draft; a deleted MyCloud draft is reported as deleted; My Cloud gains Edit Details. Weave Assistant: the woven length shows on the treadle overlay; the Density Calculator gets Calculate and Clear; a Length alert sounds four tones when you reach the length you set. Thread Assistant: Tap anywhere to mark threads, and groups up to 16 ends. Add Tabby: choose the tabby yarn from your palette. Fixes: Project Info shaft and treadle changes take effect at once; the section tint is translucent again.

Weave Assistant can now RECORD what you weave: with a TempoTreadle connected, every shed you close becomes a pick, added to the draft, inserted at the current pick, or saved as a new draft, with each session marked as its own section. The toolbar is now Back and Next plus a Mode: Weaving, Free Weave, Record, or Unweave. Loom settings are saved with the draft, the Woven Length card gains Recalculate, and the box reconnects on its own if it drops off the network. Thread Assistant works better from both sides of the loom, threads from the center outward, and can restart at any thread. Each draft tab shows where it lives: MyCloud, this device, or both. Browse Drafts shows when a draft was last saved.

Unsaved work comes back: a draft with unsaved changes is kept as a recovery copy and returns as an unsaved tab the next time the app opens, even after the phone closes TempoWeave in the background. Zoom buttons in the View chip and a minus/plus pair on tablets, for sessions without a pinch. Repeated Zoom Out no longer snaps to full size, and a tap on a filled threading or treadling cell clears it every time. Rising or Sinking shed and Convert Shed on the Project chip. The Weave Assistant preview honors the draft's shed, gains Face Up and Face Down, and its Treadles card is sized to fit and resizable by pinch. View Fabric: As woven shows the cloth with the first pick at the bottom; Imperial and Metric rulers. Cloud: share links can expire in 7 or 30 days or be revoked; a draft opened from a share code is treated as the cloud draft it is. Palette: yards per pound is editable per yarn and feeds Project Info's weight estimate.

TempoWeave now includes German, Spanish, French, and Dutch. Pick a language in Settings, or leave System Default to follow your device. Every screen and every message is translated. Weave Assistant feature: Free Weave counts the picks you throw without moving the pattern: waste picks, headers, or trying treadles. Find it in the Options menu, which replaces the View menu. The current pick is drawn in full color so the yarn to throw is easy to read. Typing a pick number and tapping Go now jumps there. Tools: Reduce Treadles can build a structural skeleton tie-up: Optimize for tie-downs. Add Tabby takes a ratio, such as one tabby pick after every two pattern picks. Remove Tabby now finds tabby by structure, so it never removes pattern picks. Fixes The numeric tie-up shows shaft numbers, as the desktop does. Summer and Winter Singles no longer forces tabby. The in-app purchase item disappears once you are signed in with a TempoWeave license.

Fixes issues where your weaving progress could be lost. Now every pick advance saves within two seconds, progress should no longer land in the wrong draft, and MyCloud no longer reports a newer version after your own save. Weave Assistant: two hands-free ways to advance, tap the treadle overlay or tap anywhere, both off until you turn them on. TempoTreadle: reconnect keeps trying after a Wi-Fi drop, and the first press after a reconnect counts. Also: older drafts merge correctly, and setting Picks Woven to 0 stays at 0.

Edit Threading and Edit Treadling rebuilt for fingers: big grid, dedicated scroll lane, undo and redo, all drawing tools plus an Eraser, zoom, and a marker that rides with your finger. One drawing rule everywhere: tap a marked cell to clear it, a drag only ever fills, and the Eraser clears swaths. Fixes: liftplan touches land where you tap, strokes follow the finger with no gaps, zoom no longer jumps mid-stroke, and the pencil drops to read-only with one tap. Thread Assistant and Weave Assistant now save your place as you go, even if you switch away from the app. Also: Unselect All, confirmations before large clears and deletes, menus close on tap, TempoTreadle disconnect fix, and a Check for Updates button in About.

Cloud drafts: draft from your cloud library remembers it is a cloud draft — the link survives restarts and travels with the file between devices, and new safeguards warn before an older writes over newer work from another device. Weaving progress recorded at the loom is never lost. Tags now sync to the cloud, and Browse shows a Last Updated date. At the loom: Weave Assistant can show each pick's yarn line and color name, and Thread Assistant can label every warp end's color under its disc — no more guessing between two similar blues. Flipping direction mid-threading now re-anchors correctly for left-handed threading. New Cloth Type setting (Project menu): declare a draft Normal, Warp Faced, or Weft Faced — it saves with the draft and View Fabric renders the cloth honestly, with the covered threads hidden beneath their packed neighbors. View Fabric also gains Warp-faced and Weft-faced preview checkboxes plus Thick Covers Thin, an overshot-style rendering where thick pattern yarns bulge over thin ground yarns. Mark a yarn Rigid (dowels, wire, cane) and it renders straight in the 3D view with the other threads wrapping around it. Full variegation editor parity with desktop, including the new Painted type — enter each color segment's measured length straight from the tape measure. Plus fixes and polish throughout.

What's New in 26.823.1 • Print / PDF rebuilt — saving a PDF of your draft now works reliably • Weave Assistant: tap anywhere on the treadle overlay to advance a pick (turn off under View), plus a bigger Next button • New yarn lines: Bockens 16/2 Linen and Aurora Earth 8/2 • Fixed a crash when deleting multiple weft picks • Clear Selection now clears threads (matching desktop) • Multi-treadle setting persists through save • Clearer messages when a feature needs a license

More Color tools arrive: Paint All, Color Swap and Exchange, Color Repeats, Color Pattern Draw, Save Palette to My Yarns, palette sorting, and a new 57-color default palette. The Thread Assistant now saves threading progress automatically and shows floating selvedges. New Repeat Counter in the Weave Assistant. Open Fiberworks .dtx and WeavePoint .wpo files directly, weaving notes included. Tablets keep their orientation across screen-off, and the app now tells you when an update is available.
