The jobs are straightforward, the communication is consistent and everything is well organized in a way that makes the moving process easier for both the movers and the customers. CaddyGo has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I was ready and willing to work, but out of nowhere, my account was restricted without any explanation. Since then, I’ve submitted countless support tickets and referrals trying to figure out what I supposedly did wrong, but I can never get a response from anyone. It’s frustrating when you’re genuinely trying to work and make money, yet the company won’t even give you the courtesy of explaining why your account was restricted. Based on my experience, I highly recommend using the Lugg app instead, whether you’re looking for work or need help moving your belongings. Lugg has been a much better experience for me, and I’ve never had any issues with them. Save yourself the frustration and consider giving Lugg a try instead of dealing with CaddyGo’s lack of communication and customer support.

I have been a mover with CaddyGo for a little over 2 years now, and everything they told me from the beginning (in terms of what to expect with hours, being paid on time, workload and overall quality of work) has been accurate. I found the app to be easy to use and over UI has always been smooth and without any hiccups or lagging when it’s time to accept jobs. Everything is speedy and most importantly, when it’s payday, I have always been paid on time! If you are looking for a place to call home as a mover in this industry, this is the place to be.
