Write whatever you want. Your archetype sees through it and tells you what you're avoiding. You keep repeating a pattern you've never been able to name. You feel it in the way you react before you've decided to, in the things you avoid without admitting why. Shadow AI reads what you write and reflects it back through your archetype, until the gap between what you mean to do and what you actually do becomes impossible to miss. It starts with finding your archetype. A series of questions about how you move through the world maps you to one of nine drawn from Jungian depth psychology, and every reflection you get afterward is shaped through that lens. Two people can write the same sentence and get two different responses, because each archetype carries its own blind spot. Most journaling apps hand you a prompt and leave you to it. Shadow AI reads your actual entry and writes back. Keep going across days and weeks, and the themes start to surface on their own, in your own words, until patterns you could never quite see are sitting in front of you. This is for people already doing the work. If you've been journaling, sitting with the hard questions, watching shadow-work content, reading Jung's letters at 2am, you already know what this is. Your entries are stored privately and processed by OpenAI to generate your reflections. We don't sell your data, and it isn't used to train AI. Start where you are.
