SubPay Log helps substitute teachers keep a private personal record of assignments, expected pay, district pay periods, and paycheck differences.
Log each assignment by district, school, date, pay unit, expected amount, status, and optional notes. Review what each pay period should include, compare expected pay with the paycheck you received, and keep a clear record
when something needs follow-up.
SubPay Log is built for personal recordkeeping. It does not connect to district systems, scrape job boards, accept substitute jobs, provide payroll services, or provide tax, legal, or payroll advice.
