Takamol Service Provider is the work app for the teams who deliver Takamol's services: shuttle and VIP car drivers, hospitality attendants and security officers. Sign in with your Takamol account and the app opens the tools for your role.
This app is for Takamol service providers. Takamol sets up your role and access.
SHUTTLE DRIVERS
• Go On Duty to share your live location so employees can follow the shuttle. Go Off Duty to stop sharing
• See your vehicle, route, stops and working hours
• Get new trip requests from shuttle stops and accept them before the timer runs out
• Open directions to each stop
VIP CAR DRIVERS
• See your VIP car bookings with passenger, pickup and drop-off details
• Start the trip, mark your arrival, then complete or cancel the ride
• Follow the route on the map, to the pickup point first and then to the destination
• Review your active and past trips
HOSPITALITY ATTENDANTS
• See today's orders for your assigned location, grouped by status
• Move each order from on hold to preparation to completed, or decline it with a reason
• Scan a food order's QR code when the employee picks it up
• Take hospitality orders for visitors from the menu
• Browse all orders with date and status filters
SECURITY OFFICERS
• Today's visitor stats: expected, on-site and completed visits
• Scan a visitor's QR pass to open their invitation
• Check visitors in and out, and add notes
• Search invitations by visitor name or request ID
FOR EVERY ROLE
• Notifications for new requests and updates
• Unlock the app with Face ID or Touch ID
• Arabic and English, in light or dark mode
About location: shuttle drivers share their location only while On Duty, including when the app runs in the background.
