Pulse59 connects your wearable health data, from WHOOP or Apple Health, to your on course performance. Every insight is calibrated to your own personal baseline, never to population averages. Your recovery, sleep, and readiness patterns are unique, and Pulse59 learns them over time.
At the center of the app is your Golf Readiness Score, a personalized score from 0 to 59 that reflects how your body is set up to perform on a given day. As you log more rounds, Pulse59 builds a clearer picture of your own tendencies, connecting patterns in your health data to patterns in your play.
