Bug fix: the receipt scanner could close the app on the latest version of iOS. It's now fixed and more reliable.

Bug fixes: signing in with Apple for the first time could get stuck on a loading spinner and never open the app, and in rare cases a stalled iCloud sync could leave a "Restoring your data" banner on screen indefinitely. Both fixed — sign-in and sync now always resolve.

Bug fixes: ending a tracked shift could show up as two separate entries in your Logbook and Dashboard instead of one, and the "Update Available" alert could stay silent even when a new version was out. Both fixed — existing accounts are cleaned up automatically, no action needed. New: the app icon can now badge when an update is available — you'll be asked to allow it on first launch, and can turn it on or off anytime in Settings.

Stay up to date — Driver Logbook now notifies you when a new version is available. Automatic Update Alert When a newer version hits the App Store, you'll see an alert on launch. Tap Update to go straight there, or tap Later to dismiss — no pressure. Home Screen Badge Chose Later? A compact "New Version" badge appears in the top-right of your Home tab so you can update whenever you're ready. Tap it to go directly to the App Store. Check for Updates Settings → About → Check for Updates lets you manually trigger a check at any time. The row shows when you last checked so you always know the status.

The small widget shows your net earnings for the day; the medium widget adds an income/expense breakdown with fill bars. - Quick Add from Your Home Screen Tap the green + to log income or the coral + to log an expense — straight from the widget, no unlocking the app needed. - Flexible Display Choose Today, This Week, or This Month from Settings → Home Screen Widget.

Country & region — tell us where you drive. - Country Picker Set your country during setup and the app automatically selects your currency. Edit anytime in Settings → Edit Profile. - Clearer Dates All dates now display as "15 Jun 2025" — the month is always written out so there's never any confusion between day and month order. - Smarter Receipt Scanning The receipt scanner now reads dates in the format used by your country (e.g. day-first for Australia, month-first for the US), so scanned dates are correct right away. - Edit Your Profile A new Edit Profile sheet in Settings lets you update your name, phone number, driving area, country, platforms, and driving year all in one place.

What's New iCloud Sync (Premium) iCloud Sync is now more reliable. The "Last Synced" timestamp updates only after your data has been successfully uploaded to iCloud. Also fixed an issue that prevented CloudKit push notifications from working correctly in App Store builds. Improved Restore Experience If you reinstall the app or switch devices, your data can now be restored automatically from iCloud with a clear progress indicator throughout the process. Switch between This Month, Last Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, This Year, and Last Year from a single dropdown — no more scrolling through chips. Filter by All, Income, or Expenses in one tap. Tap the summary icon to see your period totals in a clean sheet without leaving the list. - Export from anywhere Export PDF and Export CSV buttons are now front and centre in the Reports tab so you can get to your data in one tap.
