Akros is a strength-planning and wellness app built around one promise: nothing changes without you. WEEK RESCUE When fatigue, recovery, pain, a missed session, or a schedule change disrupts your week, Akros proposes the smallest bounded adjustment to your approved strength plan. Before anything changes, you can: - See the evidence Akros used, including source and freshness. - Review the exact before-and-after training difference. - Accept, modify, or decline the proposal. - Train the precise revision you approved. - Revert an applied revision without deleting your evidence, workouts, or decision history. Akros never silently rewrites an active workout. Completed and in-progress sessions remain pinned to their approved revision. ONE USEFUL DECISION IS INCLUDED Your first complete useful Week Rescue cycle is included, from check-in and exact diff through decision, application, and reversal. No-change and insufficient-evidence outcomes do not consume it. Akros Pro unlocks recurring weekly decisions, deeper revision history, and longitudinal outcome summaries. Decline, Revert, Restore Purchases, data export, deletion, and access to an already approved plan remain available without Pro. HEALTH TRENDS WITH CONTEXT Apple Health access is optional. Akros can organize recent sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, weight, and other categories you choose to share. Weekly briefings compare bounded daily aggregates with your preceding 28-day baseline and keep the source, freshness, confidence, and missing context visible. Akros writes to Apple Health only after an explicit save of a completed strength workout, bodyweight entry, or positive nutrition values from a saved food entry. The iPhone app does not invent workout calories. BRING YOUR OWN LAB RECORDS Choose a lab-report PDF only when you want to. Before the first upload, Akros presents a specific third-party processing disclosure. Extracted marker names, values, units, ranges, source hash, and corrections remain linked so you can confirm them against the original report. Apple Health Clinical Health Records are a separate, optional, read-only connection. Opening Bloods never requests access automatically, and those records are parsed on device rather than uploaded.
