You don't have to go to concerts or shows alone! See who's going, meet in the event chat, then meet in real life. In Istanbul and Kocaeli.
Wondering what’s happening in Istanbul and Kocaeli this week? Takil is the next-generation social event network bringing concerts, festivals, theater plays, stand-up comedy shows, club meetups, and workshops together in one place. Most importantly, it lets you see who is attending before you even leave your home.
Other apps just list events; Takil shows you who will be there and helps you connect in real life.
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
• Explore on the Map: Discover live concerts, festivals, theater plays, stand-up comedy nights, coffee gatherings, running, and sports activities around you on an interactive map.
• Join Communities & Clubs: Explore yoga, volleyball, travel, supboard, and local interest clubs; or start your own community.
• See Who Is Going: Mark your attendance, browse the attendee list, and select your intention with “Why I’m Here” (making new friends, shared interests, concert buddy).
• Chat in Event Rooms: Meet attendees and make plans in the dedicated event group chat before stepping through the venue door.
• Memories: Save event photos shared in the chat, rate venues, and review organizers.
• Quick QR Connection: No need to exchange phone numbers with someone you just met; simply scan their profile QR code to connect instantly.
PRIVACY & SAFETY:
• Report or block inappropriate content and users with a single tap; reports are reviewed by our safety team 24/7.
• Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising. Your data is protected on high-security servers in full compliance with GDPR and KVKK standards.
WHAT TAKIL IS NOT:
• Not a social media feed — no follower counts, like competitions, or endless scrolling.
• Not a dating app — no fake matching algorithms; the goal is meeting around shared real-world passions.
• Not a corporate networking platform.
Just real events, genuine communities, and real-life connections.
