Questions and approach reviewed by a couples therapist. Silent by day; listens for two minutes at night and leaves a gentle, judgment-free reflection.
Sub is designed with the clinical experience and guidance of a couples therapist. Sub is not therapy or a diagnostic tool — it is your own judgment-free space for reflection.
Sub is a quiet evening companion for your relationship.
No feeds, no chat, no daytime noise. Sub stays silent through the day and listens only at night. When the day ends, you speak for two minutes and mark three simple lines — warmth, time together, closeness. Through the night, Sub weaves what you said into a calm, personal reflection that returns to you in the morning. Your voice is enough. You don't need to form perfect sentences. Sub notices not only what you say, but the tone underneath it — softening, tension, a held breath — and gently mirrors the moment back so you feel seen.
