PureRide is a telemetry acquisition app that utilizes the smartphone as a data logger to record detailed parameters during the ride.
Live Telemetry Data
* Lean Angle and G-Forces: The app displays the current lean angle in curves as well as the occurring acceleration and braking forces in real-time on the screen.
* Elevation Profile and Speed: Maximum speed, the covered elevation profile, and individual route sections are seamlessly documented for later evaluation.
Data Privacy and Local Storage
In the basic version, data storage occurs exclusively locally on the end device. Account creation, cloud connection, or data sharing are not required, ensuring that the data remains entirely on your own device.
Advanced Features: PureRide Pro
The paid Pro version offers additional customization options and features for data analysis:
* Optional Cloud Backup: Rides can optionally be backed up to the cloud to access them across multiple devices or protect them against data loss. Purely local storage remains possible.
* Customizable Curve Detection: The sensitivity of the tracking algorithm can be tailored to individual riding styles.
* Unlimited Ride History: Recorded trips are permanently stored. This enables long-term comparison of routes and the analysis of your own riding style over an extended period.
