KoalaGrow - AI Growth Tracker
Track Your Child's Growth
$4.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Meet Kai, your family's koala companion. AI height measurement, WHO growth charts, weight tracking, and doctor reports — free for every family, always
Meet Kai — your family's friendly koala companion, here for every inch of your child's incredible journey.
KoalaGrow is built for real family life. Whether you're raising your child solo, together, near or far — Kai is in your corner, no assumptions made, no questions asked. Just your child's story, beautifully tracked.
AI-POWERED HEIGHT MEASUREMENT
Point your camera and Kai does the rest. KoalaGrow estimates your child's height from a single photo using on-device AI body-pose detection. No special equipment, no chalk marks on the wall.
GROWTH CHARTS FOR EVERY FAMILY
Choose the standard that fits your world:
WHO (International) — the global standard, recommended for most families worldwide
CDC (United States) — the US clinical reference for children aged 2 and up
Inclusive — gender-averaged curves with no binary corrections, for families who prefer charts free of gender assumptions
None — display only your child's own growth line, with no percentile comparisons at all
Your choice. Your family. Your chart.
PREDICTED ADULT HEIGHT
Enter any one or two parent heights and KoalaGrow will estimate your child's future adult height. In Inclusive mode it's labelled "Height estimate" — honest, optional, and always yours to use or ignore.
LOG EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS
AI camera and AR ruler measurements, or enter manually
Weight log with full history
Milestone celebrations as your child climbs Kai's forest tree
Notes attached to every entry
MULTIPLE CHILD PROFILES
Every child in your family gets their own forest, their own Kai, their own story. Switch between profiles in a single tap.
DOCTOR-READY IN SECONDS
Export a clean growth report perfect for pediatrician visits, health checks, nursery records, or your own peace of mind.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-up. Everything lives on your device. Optional iCloud sync keeps your data safe across your devices — and only your devices.
NO PAYWALL. EVER.
Every single feature — AI measurement, all four growth chart standards, weight log, height prediction, doctor report export, iCloud sync, multiple profiles — is free from day one and always will be.
