FitsPro is the practitioner application for designing and ordering Fits Perfect medical-grade orthotics — built on iPad, used in clinic and at distance. WHAT FITSPRO DOES 3D foot capture Capture left and right foot in under two minutes per side with the Structure Sensor. The mesh flows directly into the design form — no plaster, no outsourced lab, no shipping. Custom orthotic design Configure shell modifications, covers, accommodations, and instructions in a single form organized by clinical workflow. Sport, dress, work, diabetic, pediatric, and functional categories are tuned to specific clinical scenarios. AI-assisted intelligence Describe a change in plain language — "add a 3mm lateral wedge to the left foot" — and the Intelligence panel proposes specific form changes. Every suggestion requires an explicit practitioner accept; nothing is written to the order without your approval. Diagnostics Gait analysis, posture analysis, and range of motion captured on iPad. Findings are risk-graded; raw measurements appear alongside interpreted summaries. Each diagnostic finishes as a PDF the patient can take home. Embedded telehealth Video sessions with the patient's documented complaints, anatomical views, and prior scans on screen. Optional live transcription. Notes save directly to the patient record. Payer-ready documentation Letter of Medical Necessity generator assembles cover letter, HCPCS codes, ICD-10 diagnoses, payer policy fields, and supporting documentation into a single PDF. Clinical notes attached to the encounter. Assisted shopping A practitioner-curated catalog opens from the patient record. Browse with the patient in clinic, or share the catalog into a telehealth session — patients check out themselves or via an emailed cart link. Multi-location practices Organization → Location → PractitionerRole hierarchy with role-based access (practitioner / manager / administrator). Unified calendars for practitioners working across locations; org-wide visibility for managers. EHR and data Built on a HL7-compliant FHIR R4 data model. FitsPro reads from and writes to standard FHIR resources — Patient, Practitioner, Organization, Encounter, DeviceRequest — so existing EHRs can integrate cleanly. Agentic workflows (MCP) An MCP connector exposes practitioner-scoped tools to Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and any MCP-aware client — orders, patient summaries, clinical notes, support tickets — behind OAuth2 with the same role model the app uses. WHO IT IS FOR FitsPro is designed for licensed clinical practitioners — podiatrists, orthotists, pedorthists, chiropractors, physical therapists — and the staff supporting them. Registration requires a verified NPI (National Provider Identifier). Wholesale, volume-tiered orthotic pricing is visible inside the app once your NPI is validated against the NPPES national registry. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES FitsPro produces clinical and payer-facing documentation. Coverage and reimbursement determinations are made by individual payers; FitsPro does not guarantee approval of any specific claim. Plantar pressure values in gait analysis are estimated from video and not directly measured. The practitioner remains the clinical decision-maker on every output the app produces.
