GenAiApps brings AI chat and search to your living room. Ask a question, explore a topic, look up a word, or save a useful link for later, all with an interface designed for the big screen and Siri Remote.
ASK, READ, AND LISTEN
Start a conversation and watch AI replies appear as they are generated. Open a full reply in a dedicated reader or listen with read-aloud controls. Return to saved conversations in Recents whenever you want to continue.
SEARCH BEYOND THE CHAT
Explore Web, Images, Video, and News results with API-powered search. Use Wiki to look up topics from public knowledge sources. Open supported source pages and use Clean Reader for compatible articles, or scan a QR code to continue on your phone. Page previews, article extraction, and video availability depend on the source website.
LOOK UP WORDS OFFLINE
Use the bundled English dictionary to find definitions without an internet connection. Wiki and Dictionary lookups start after a short typing pause; Web, Images, Video, and News searches begin when you select Search.
KEEP WHAT YOU FIND
Save useful links in Bookmarks and revisit previous searches in History. Search history and bookmarks are stored locally on your Apple TV, separately from your chat conversations.
MAKE IT YOURS
Choose Apple system speech or a configured online speech service. Adjust voice and playback settings, prepare response audio in advance, and choose whether to start in Ask AI or Search. Advanced users can optionally configure their own AI API key and model settings.
No app account is required. Hosted AI chat and online search require an internet connection and are subject to service usage limits. Custom AI or online speech configurations may require your own API credentials and may incur charges from the selected service. The offline dictionary works without an internet connection.
The app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs. Third-party websites may display their own content and ads. Online AI, search, and speech features send relevant text or queries to external services to provide results. Saved conversations, bookmarks, and search history stay on your device unless content is sent as part of an online request. See the privacy policy for details.
