A simpler way in. Sign in is now a short set of questions. New agents enter their NWMLS member ID and we find their name, brokerage and designated broker for them. Listing pages look better. Photos and the map now fill the screen, the map opens in Apple Maps and features no longer break in the middle of a word. A cleaner Leads list with the details that matter on each row. The Listings page now scrolls as one page instead of keeping a large header pinned at the top.

Homes from the Northwest MLS now show the listing broker and the data source. Address suggestions when you add an open house now come from our own servers. Saved MLS homes stay current and drop off once a listing is no longer available. Small layout fixes on iPad and iPhone.

Listings are taking longer than we expected. NWMLS is still reviewing our listing feed, so follow-up texts and homes are paused for now. The app now shows where things stand and when we expect them back, and your sign-ins and leads stay saved the whole time. You can also ask your designated broker for the data license right from the app, so homes come back for you the day it's approved.

Setup now ends with a quick practice run. Sign yourself in the way a guest would, so open house day is not your first time seeing the kiosk. Nothing is saved or sent. Open kiosk stays pinned on every listing, so you never scroll to find it. Adding a home is one field: type the address and pick it. New accounts go straight into setup after signing in. A 38-second walkthrough sits on your Home screen until your first guest signs in.

Getting set up is faster now. Answer three quick questions and your page is ready with your photo and listings already pulled in. Tapping an open house notification takes you straight to the kiosk. Smaller fixes throughout.

Tasks, all in one place. A new Tasks tab lists who needs a call or a text today. Each card carries the call script, what the lead has been doing and a message already drafted for you. Tap a task to open it full screen. Home shows your day. A Today view takes over from the plain sign-in feed. It surfaces the sign-ins still missing a note along with listings we found for you. Calling got faster. The phone button on any lead dials right away whether or not a task sent you there. After you hang up the app asks once how it went. The note can be spoken instead of typed. Hold a lead until a date. Choose the day you want them back and follow-ups resume then. Write a report by hand. An open house where nobody signed in can still get a recap for the seller. Also in this update: a rebuilt sign-in screen and a kiosk that shows the whole listing photo instead of a corner slice. Guided setup now survives quitting the app.

You can now create an account with any email address and a password. No Google or Apple account needed, so an Outlook or brokerage address works fine. Forgot your password? Tap the link on the sign in screen and we will email you one that sets a new one. Signing in with a wrong password no longer closes the form and loses what you typed.

Seller reports now have their own tab, so a report is always one tap away. Logging a call is quicker. Tap to set the outcome, add a note and save it all at once. Links inside a lead's message thread are tappable now, and rows on the insights screen open the lead they belong to. Signing in at an open house is smoother. Text updates are optional, with a clearer one time opt in for guests who want them. Fixed a Reports tab badge that kept showing a count you had already cleared.
