Gcina Indlu ("caring for your home") makes it simple to look after your domestic staff, whether that's a cleaner, gardener, nanny, or a whole team across more than one home. Attendance, tasks, shopping alerts and notes all live in one simple app that you and your workers both use. Workers always use it free. FOR EMPLOYERS • See who is at work right now, and look back over a clear record of every day: arrival and departure times, tasks done, notes and photos. • Add your workers, set their working days and give them recurring tasks: daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, once-off or on a custom schedule, each with its own start date. • Run more than one home from a single app. Every location has its own workers, tasks and schedule, and you can filter your dashboard by location. Copy a task list to another location in one tap. • See the week at a glance: every task for every worker and location, filtered the way you like, and tap a task to change it. • Choose optional alerts for when a worker hasn't arrived and when supplies run low. • Invite each worker with a personal link. They need no account, password or email address. FOR WORKERS • A clear, simple view of today's tasks. Tap to tick them off as you go, and see your week ahead. • Clock in and out without fuss. Your employer picks the method that suits you. • Scan a barcode to flag that something has run out, and add a photo if it's a new item. • Write notes with photos to tell your employer what you've seen, and log extra tasks you did that weren't on your list. • Work for more than one employer? Connect to all of them and switch between them in the app. THREE WAYS TO CLOCK IN • Automatic: your worker is clocked in and out when their phone arrives at or leaves the home, even when the app is closed. Nothing to remember. • Home Wi-Fi: clocked in when they open the app on your home network. • Manual: they tap a button themselves. Ideal for live-in staff. Each worker can have a different method. RESPECT AND PRIVACY Gcina Indlu treats domestic workers as the skilled professionals they are, while giving employers the visibility and peace of mind they need. Location is only used to notice arrival and departure. It is worked out on the worker's phone and is never sent to our servers or to you. Only you and the workers you connect can see your household's information. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Everything is saved on the phone first and syncs by itself when there is a connection. TRY IT FIRST Employers can set up their household, workers and tasks and start with a one-month free trial. Workers never pay. Basic supports up to 2 workers and Premium has no limit; both include every feature. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS The employer's subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
