I often found myself still working during Pomodoro breaks. By the time I noticed, the break was over and I was already back at work.
RestLock Timer was made to solve that problem. During break time, it locks you into a rest screen so you cannot simply switch back to work.
It helps you take real breaks, not just scheduled breaks.
Requires macOS 15 or later. Supports Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. Optional Sentry Mode uses a connected camera and requires camera permission. Camera frames are processed on your Mac, are not saved, and are not uploaded.
