Bud is the budgeting app that finally keeps up with you. Track every expense in seconds, split bills with friends, and let Buddy, your built in AI assistant, handle the busywork.
ADD EXPENSES IN SECONDS
Type it, snap a receipt, or just tell Buddy. Bud reads the details and files it for you, so logging takes seconds, not minutes.
MEET BUDDY, YOUR AI MONEY GUIDE
Ask Buddy anything about your spending. Try "how much did I spend on coffee last month" or "change my budget to 800." Buddy answers and takes the action for you.
SPLIT BILLS THE EASY WAY
Split equally, by percentage, or with custom amounts. Hold two phones close to split with nearby friends in one tap. Coming from Splitwise? Bring your friends, groups, and balances over in about 30 seconds.
STAY ON BUDGET
Set a weekly or monthly budget and watch a clean spending ring keep you on track. Bud spots your recurring charges and patterns automatically.
YOUR DATA, YOURS TO KEEP
Export everything to CSV, Excel, or PDF anytime. Optional iCloud backup means your records survive a lost phone. No lock in, ever.

Amazing Budgeting App. Fast and Reliable with AI benefits.

This app just simply works. I’ve been using it for a while now and it hasn’t disappointed at all. In fact it has made my budgeting easier. It claims that you can add an expense in 7 seconds but truth be told, I think you can do it in 2 to 3 seconds because it’s something as simple as a gesture that in my case I have set up as double tap on the back and then I just need to put in the amount which automatically tracks everything within the app. I’ve tested many budgeting apps before, but the biggest problem all of those have is how easily you can actually record your transactions, which is one of the leading causes people stop budgeting because of the hassle of tracking things one by one. This app makes that hassle effortless and automatically categorize the transactions too. Absolutely worth it and would highly recommend it to everyone!

The AI feature is probably one of my favorite parts because it makes tracking expenses feel a lot less difficult. I like that it can actually help make sense of your spending rather than just showing you a list of numbers, especially when you’re trying to notice patterns in where your money is going. It’s a small addition, but it makes the app feel much more modern and useful without being unnecessarily complicated. Overall, it’s one of those apps that feels genuinely thought through rather than just having a bunch of features for the sake of it.
Easy UI

It’s been almost a month since i started using this app.Every about the app feels so very well thought and placed as for adding and splitting the expenses. Very easy and user friendly interface took me a minute to figure out everything in the app and the best part about the app is the Ai coz i keep interacting and ask all different questions to give me reports for different expenses. One other thing I noticed was the option to bring in my older splits from a different app which actually helped without running two apps on my phone. One app to keep my finances and record splits between friends!
The Action Button shortcut is the whole thing

I’ve abandoned every budgeting app I’ve tried, always for the same reason of logging an expense that took long enough that I’d tell myself I’d do it later, and never did and eventually forget. Bud fixed that by mapping it to the Action Button, coffee gets logged before I’ve left the counter. Bill splitting is the surprise people should try that out too.Interface is clean and the spending ring is readable at a glance. Only note: would love to see budgets per category, not just an overall one. But at $16/year this is the first one that’s stuck.
Back to school: your first year of Bud Plus for $0.99, then it renews at the normal price. Offer runs until 30 September.
You'll see it on the home screen. Tap it and the App Store handles the rest.
