Your tree now has a garden to decorate, trips keep track of what they cost, and repeating tasks can be changed one at a time. YOUR GARDEN Tap the tree on Home to open your Garden and decorate it with 19 items you earn as you level up. Drag to move, pinch to resize, and bring things forward or send them behind the tree. Bees and a sparrow fly a route you choose. Branch decorations hang from the tree once it grows branches at level 7. GARDEN ANIMALS AND THE SHOP A cat joins your garden at level 9: it walks a route, sits, grooms, naps and plays with a ball of yarn. When 3 friends join Todofun with your invite link, a golden retriever is yours to keep: it trots, digs and fetches a ball. The Shop tab has extra decorations, some of them animated. Each is a one-time purchase, yours to keep on every phone you sign in on. VISIT YOUR GROUPS' GARDENS Open a group's Members tab to visit someone's garden, and water their tree once a day to give them a little XP. Turn off Garden visits on Profile to keep yours private, or tap Share garden to send it as a picture. TRIP COSTS Open Costs on a trip to add what you've paid or plan to pay, in any currency, with the invoice or receipt kept alongside. Set a budget for the whole trip or by category and see what's left. On a group trip, everyone can add what they paid and split it equally, by amount or by shares. Balances shows who owes whom, and Mark paid records it when you settle up (no money moves through the app). With Premium+, Fill in from receipt reads the total and date for you, and Export as CSV takes it all to a spreadsheet. PLANNING THE DAY • Set how long you stay at a stop, and get a reminder before it's time to leave • Optimise starts each day from the hotel you slept in the night before, and keeps timed stops in order • Keep in place pins a stop, so Optimise leaves it where it is • On a trip day, Home shows where you are now and what's next COMPLETION ANIMATIONS Choose what plays on Home when you finish something: watering, petals, a visitor flying past, confetti and more, in Small, Normal or Big. Tasks, group tasks, habits, lists, shops and cart items can each have their own. Find it in Profile → Completion animations. Visitors now come only when you pick one, rather than wandering past the tree on their own. REPEATING TASKS Every upcoming occurrence of a repeating task is now a task of its own. When you edit one, choose This Task Only or This & Following. If you miss a few, only the latest stays in Overdue. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • The app icon shows how many tasks and habits are due today or overdue. Turn off Count on the app icon in Notification settings if you'd rather not see it • An empty widget offers Add task or Add item, widgets look right on a tinted Home Screen, and the widget gallery shows a preview • Tapping a group notification opens the task, activity, challenge or group tab it's about, and someone assigned a new group task gets one notification, not two • Tasks the AI Assistant creates now remind you at the right time on your other devices • A banner tells you when you're offline, or when a slow connection is holding up a save • Fixed a sync problem that could keep some lists and tasks from reaching your other devices

Better privacy when your session ends on another device, and a round of fixes. WHEN YOU'RE SIGNED OUT ELSEWHERE If your session on this phone ends without you tapping Sign Out here (for example, because you signed out on another device), Todofun now clears your profile, AI chat and groups from it, just as signing out does. Calendar Sync keeps your events if you sign back in, and removes them if a different account signs in. YOUR AI CHAT STARTS FRESH, ONCE After this update your AI Assistant chat starts empty, this one time only, and Auto-apply AI actions is switched off. If you used it, tap Auto in the chat to turn it back on. FIXES • Signing in without a connection no longer leaves Premium or Premium+ showing as free; it's recognised the next time you open the app online • Calendar Sync now removes events an earlier sync couldn't delete, no longer reads unchanged events as moved, and keeps a task's name when its event title is cleared in your calendar app • With larger text on smaller phones, the Todofun logo, the Ask AI hint, the plan comparison on the upgrade screen and the date buttons in the task form fit again

New badges, a clear view of your XP, and group trips that stay the way their organiser planned them. 26 NEW BADGES Profile has three new shelves: Teamwork, Discovery and, once you've planned a trip, Travel. The shelves you already know have new milestones too: tasks tagged Important, Quick or Focus, 100 and 500 habit check-ins, a full year of Todofun, and starting a group of your own. Tap Hide badges to fold the gallery away when you'd rather not scroll past it. HOW TO EARN XP Tap your level card on Profile to see every way to earn XP, what each is worth, how many you've done and what it has added up to. Group work counts now: finishing a competition task, completing a group activity, checking in to a challenge, adding a proof photo, commenting in a group and adding a stop to a trip all earn XP. Your level never goes down. GROUP TRIPS: ORGANISERS PLAN, EVERYONE SEES Group trips now belong to the group's organisers. An organiser can change a trip and its stops whatever their plan; only starting a new trip needs Premium+. Everyone else sees the whole plan and can still open it in Maps, share the itinerary or add it to their calendar, but can no longer add or edit stops. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • Premium subscribers have an Upgrade to Premium+ button in Subscription, and the upgrade screen no longer closes by itself before you can choose • The sign-in form's own messages (a missing email, a short password, passwords that don't match) now appear in your language • An invite link tells you whether you're joining as a member or an organiser • Group notifications no longer slip into English when a name can't be found

Plan a trip, tick off a reminder without opening the app, and keep more photos on your tasks and lists. TRIP PLANNER Tap Trips on Home to plan a trip day by day. Search Attractions, Food & drink and Stays around your destination, with photos of each place. See hotel prices for each night and one-way flight prices, then tap Book to finish on the provider's site. Optimise puts a day's stops into a shorter visiting order, Open in Maps hands the route over, and the whole trip can go into your calendar or be shared as an itinerary. The AI assistant can create a trip, add stops and reorder a day for you, each as a card you confirm. Trips are part of Premium+. GROUP TRIPS Groups have a new Trips tab. An organiser with Premium+ plans the trip, everyone in the group can add and edit stops, and the trip shows across its dates on the group Calendar. MARK DONE FROM THE REMINDER Task and habit reminders now carry two buttons: Mark done and Snooze 10 min. Press and hold the notification on iPhone, or expand it on Android, and you're finished without opening the app. MORE PHOTOS ON TASKS AND LISTS A task or list can now have a cover photo on its card plus up to 5 more: the receipt, the before and after, the instructions. Lists can have photos for the first time. Only you can see them, and they stay in step across your devices. Needs a signed-in account. HISTORY FOR REPEATING TASKS Open a repeating task or list to see its History: every time it came round, whether it got done, and how many in a row. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • A task that spans several days is drawn as one bar across all of them in the calendar and the calendar widget • Shops saved for a future visit now show at the bottom of the Shopping widget, muted and left out of the total • An arrival reminder no longer fires for a shop you've finished, or for one you changed on another device • Challenge scores and targets accept a decimal comma, so "2,5" means two and a half, not 25 • Sign-in and AI assistant errors now appear in your language • Changing your password asks for your current one, and new passwords need at least 8 characters

Tags to sort your day, a photo on any task, and a reminder sound you choose. TAGS: IMPORTANT, QUICK, FOCUS Mark a task Important, Quick or Focus — your own tasks and group tasks alike. Tap the star on a card to flag it, and use the new filter row at the top of your list to see just the Quick ones when you have ten minutes, or just the Focus ones when you have an hour. The AI assistant understands them too: "tag the tax return important" does exactly that. A PHOTO ON ANY TASK Add a photo to a task — the receipt, the finished job, the thing to buy — from the task form or right after you tick it off. It shows on the card, opens full-size with a tap, and stays private to you. Needs a signed-in account. CHOOSE YOUR REMINDER SOUND Notification settings now has a Sound section: Todofun, Chime, Pop, System default or Silent. Tap one to hear it. On Android, reminders you set on a task or habit now play the sound you picked. FUTURE VISITS A shop you're not going to this week can be marked "Future visit". It stays off Home and the widget until you plan the trip, and if "Remind me when I arrive" is on, that still fires if you happen to pass by. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • Signing out fully clears the previous account's groups and widgets, and your name and picture show straight away on the next sign-in • The "Getting started" list that comes with the app now syncs between your devices like any other list • Opening the app from a widget no longer leaves you without a back button • Your groups still show when you open the app with no connection

Events in from anywhere, a Shopping widget on your home screen, and a store finder with a map. ADD EVENTS FROM ANYWHERE Open a calendar file (.ics) from an email or a booking, share a web page or some text to Todofun, or tap an "Add to Todofun" link, and the task form opens already filled in — title, time, place and notes. When a page doesn't spell the details out, Premium+ reads it for you; you can always create the task yourself. SHOPPING ON YOUR HOME SCREEN A second widget shows what's still to buy — your own items, each shop, and your groups' shared lists — and a tap opens the right list. Both widgets now follow the app's language, and on Android a widget tap opens the app faster. FINDING A STORE, REDESIGNED Results come with a numbered map, the filters sit behind one chip, and "Best match" sorting is the default. Tap a "Buy at" chip to turn on "Remind me when I arrive" or to move the pin on the map. Your location is picked up faster, so results show up sooner. A SOUND OF ITS OWN Task and habit reminders now play Todofun's own sound. FASTER, OFFLINE-FRIENDLY START The app draws your tasks straight from the device instead of waiting on the network. Opening it with no connection no longer bounces you to the welcome screen, and a tick you made just as sync ran can't be undone by it any more. Live updates also reconnect properly after a spell without signal. Group roles you can rely on, live updates across the app, and a safer sign-in. GROUP ROLES, SORTED OUT The person who created a group is always an organiser: they can't be demoted or removed, and only they can delete the group. Stepping an organiser back down to member no longer needs Premium+ — only promoting does. Role changes, joins and removals now reach everyone straight away, so nobody keeps controls they no longer have. INVITE LINKS THAT KNOW YOU Open an invite for a group you're already in and you'll see "You're already in" with a button to open it, instead of a Join that could reset your role. If a group is full, the message now says who can raise the limit. SEE WHAT'S NEW AT A GLANCE The badges at the top of your task list show how many items you haven't seen yet, not just a dot. When a teammate adds a task, competition, activity or challenge, it's marked new for you. SHOPPING LISTS, LIVE Ticks, new items and edits from your group land on your screen the moment they happen, and catch up on their own after you've been offline. CALENDAR SYNC Fixed duplicate calendar events when you edited a task right after creating it. If the Todofun calendar was removed or hidden in your calendar app, the app now tells you and reconnects with a tap. Deleting your last few items from the calendar syncs back correctly. SAFER SIGN-IN An email confirmation link that would switch this device to a different account now asks first — "Not me" leaves everything as it was. Your session is kept in the device's secure storage, and profile picture links expire and renew on their own. Shared shopping lists, reminders on your own schedule, and a faster app all round. SHARED SHOPPING LISTS (Premium+) Build one list with your group instead of texting photos of the fridge. Add an item, or a whole shop with its own checklist, and pin it on the map. Items tick off in real time while someone is at the store, so nobody comes home with a second carton of milk. Turn on a shop's reminder and your phone nudges you when you arrive. INVITE WITH A QR CODE Show the code, they scan it, they're in. Codes expire an hour after you make one, so an old screenshot can't let anyone in. REMINDERS ON YOUR SCHEDULE Pick any amount of time before a task starts or ends — 10 minutes, 3 hours, or up to 7 days ahead. AI ASSISTANT (Premium+) Ask for a table or an appointment and the assistant finds places that take bookings, with a link to book and directions to get there. Replies are formatted and easier to read. PROMO CODES Got a code? Profile > Redeem a code. Groups, easier to read at a glance • The Groups tab now opens on "All" — one feed of everything coming up across every group you're in. Switch to "As Organiser" or "As Member" when you want to see just those groups. • A colour key on Today and on the group calendar, so you can tell a habit from a challenge from a cart item without having to remember which colour is which. • Competitions scored on both time and votes now show how each side contributed to the total. The assistant got more useful • Ask it for something it can't do itself — create a group, manage your subscription, invite people — and it now hands you a button that takes you straight to the right screen. • Every reply is labelled as AI-generated, and you can report one in a tap if it comes back wrong or inappropriate. Fixes and smaller things • Restore Purchases is now on the Subscription screen, not only on the paywall. • Fixed a blank line on the welcome screen where the rotating greeting should have been. • Public groups and Discover have been removed. Private groups you join by invite code are unaffected, and everything inside them — tasks, challenges, activities, competitions and the wall — works exactly as before.
