Fixed: Users & Groups Manager Failing on Some Organisation Groups An Organisation Group with no user groups could fail to load with a confusing error instead of loading cleanly. This is now fixed, and the activity log stays visible at all times so you can see exactly what happened if a load ever does fail. Fixed: Change Device User Could Offer a Device That Wasn't Ready A device still mid-enrollment, or a stale leftover record from a past enrollment, could be selected for reassignment and would always fail with an unclear error. These devices no longer appear as selectable, so you only ever see devices this tool can actually act on.

New: Overview Want a fast answer to "how's this tenant doing" without opening five different tools? Overview gives you one. Set a Default Organization Group for a tenant in Settings and Overview shows devices, users, admins, groups, profiles, Smart Groups, VPP apps, and tags at a glance, plus a platform and compliance breakdown. Drill into any number to see the actual matching devices. The Organisation Group you pick now follows you Load an OG in one tool and it's already there the next time you switch to another. Overview, Device Inventory, Tag Management, and every other tool share the same OG until you point one of them at a different group, so you stop re-typing or re-searching the same group over and over. New: Users & Groups Manager Creating users and groups one at a time in the console gets old fast. Now you can create Basic users and Basic or Custom groups, one at a time or in bulk, then manage group membership, all in one place. Requires Power Admin Pro. New: Basic Authentication Setting up an OAuth API client can be a lot to ask of a new admin. Each tenant can now use Basic Authentication instead, just the REST API Host, Tenant Code, console username, and password. Choose OAuth or Basic per tenant in Settings, whichever suits you. Every tool now also logs which authentication method and identity it used at the start of a run, so you can confirm at a glance or diagnose a failed run without reopening Settings.

New: VPP App Assigner Assigning purchased Apple apps to a Smart Group one at a time in the Workspace ONE console gets old fast when you're rolling out several apps at once. VPP App Assigner lets you select many device-based VPP apps, pick a target Smart Group, and choose delivery method and restrictions once — then apply it to every selected app in a single run. Need to walk something back? Remove mode shows exactly which Smart Groups each app is currently assigned to, so you can pick specific assignments to pull without disturbing anything else on that app or any other app. Requires Power Admin Pro.

Improved: OG Manager Creating or renaming an Organisation Group no longer forces you to type a Group ID. Leave it blank and Workspace ONE generates one automatically. The OG search box now ranks the closest name and Group ID matches first and scrolls through every result, so the right OG is easy to find even in environments with dozens of similarly named groups. New: Export Organisation Hierarchy OG Manager can now export the entire loaded OG tree to a CSV file — names, Group IDs, types, parent relationships, and device/user counts — for reporting or documentation.

New: More Reliable Bulk Device Delete Deleting device records in bulk could return a server error for every device, even though other commands like Sync worked fine. Delete Device Record in Mass Device Operations now works reliably, and any command that still fails shows the real reason from Workspace ONE instead of a generic error. New: Export Activity Logs Mass Device Operations now has an Export Log button, so you can save a CSV record of exactly what ran, when, and the result for every device — useful for change tickets and audits. Requires Power Admin Pro.

Fixed: Apple ADE Assigner profile loading Organisation groups with many DEP profiles could sometimes show an incomplete or duplicated profile list. Profiles now load completely and reliably every time, sorted alphabetically for easy scanning. Improved: User Audit delete failures When Workspace ONE blocks a user deletion — for example, because the user is tied to an Apple Business Manager or School Manager record — you now see the exact reason instead of a generic failure message. New: User Audit activity log export Export the full activity log to CSV for your records, and drag the divider above the log to resize it when you need to see more history at once.

Improved: App Icon The app icon has been updated with a sharper, higher-quality version that looks crisp at every size — in the Dock, Launchpad, and Finder. No functional changes in this release.

Update: Smart Group Viewer The Smart Group Viewer now shows which configuration profiles are assigned to each smart group, alongside the existing Devices and Apps tabs. Select any smart group and the new Profiles tab lists every profile assigned to it — platform, type, and status included. When an OG has many smart groups, use the new search field above the list to filter by name instantly. Export All CSV saves all three datasets — devices, apps, and profiles — as separate files in one click. No more exporting one tab at a time. Requires Power Admin Pro.

New: Device Comparison Ever wonder why two devices with identical settings behave differently? Now you can find out in seconds. Device Comparison lets you enter any two serial numbers and see their profiles, installed apps, and Smart Group memberships side by side. This is a patch release containing one bug fix. The Change Device User bulk-mapping table previously crashed if the user typed text into a row and then tapped the Clear button. The fix defers the array mutation to the next runloop tick so the active text-field bindings can detach cleanly first. No new features.
