If you are the mother who wonders at 3 a.m. whether it was the left side or the right, and how long it lasted, Milk & Spoon was written for you. In the 0–6 month stretch you log breastfeeding, formula, pumping and your milk stash with one tap; by morning, the night's summary is already there.
Milk & Spoon is a logging tool. It does not give medical advice, does not interpret, and does not suggest doses or timing; it simply organises what you enter and shows it back to you.
NIGHT FEEDS — ONE TAP
Breastfeeding (left/right and duration), bottle/formula and pumping. In the dark, one-handed, in a few seconds.
MILK STASH
Track expressed milk separately at room temperature, in the fridge and in the freezer. Each bag's remaining time is shown on the card, so "which one should I use first" is no longer guesswork.
PUMPING LOG
How many minutes, how many ml. Pumping entries stay separate from feeds and can go straight into the milk stash.
MORNING SUMMARY AND WEEKLY RHYTHM
The last-feed card, the day's timeline and a weekly rhythm summary. The weekly summary is numbers only, with no commentary.
FAMILY SHARING
Your partner or a relative writes into the same journal, and entries appear on both phones instantly.
SUPPLEMENT LOG

THE 3-DAY RULE AND REACTION JOURNAL
When you log a new food, a 3-day watch starts automatically and its reminders follow. If you notice something such as a rash, vomiting or fussiness, you record it in the reaction journal along with its severity; which food was given on which day stays in the record.
MEALS AND PLATES
If several foods went into one meal, you log it as a plate.
FEEDING & REACTION REPORT (PDF)
Feeding, milk, supplement and reaction entries from the date range you choose are gathered into a single document.
CLOUD BACKUP AND SYNC
Your entries stay put even if your phone changes; the same journal on more than one device.
7-DAY FREE TRIAL
At the end of setup, the 7-day free trial starts once you confirm the information screen. No card is required for the trial, there's no charge and no auto-renewal; the trial ends on its own after 7 days.
During the trial, Premium features on your device are open; family sharing and cloud backup are only in paid Premium.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 7 DAYS?
When the trial ends, adding and editing entries continues with Premium. Your records stay with you:
• View, delete and export (CSV) your full history
• Reaction/allergy logging (including new entries) and emergency (112) guidance are always available
TURKISH AND ENGLISH
The app is fully in Turkish, and you can switch to English whenever you like.
Family sharing, cloud backup and adding new entries after 7 days are part of Premium.

A one-time, non-renewing "Lifetime Premium" option is also available.
The in-app 7-day free trial is not a subscription: there's no charge, no auto-renewal, and it ends on its own. A subscription or purchase starts only if you choose one.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
