Marrow is signal first coaching infrastructure. One coach. The perception range of twenty.
FOR ATHLETES
Your coach in your pocket. Your assigned program lives on your phone and progresses week to week. Today's session sits up front with one tap into logging. Your wearable readiness feeds the next session: Marrow reads Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, and Garmin for heart rate, HRV, sleep, and recovery, and your coach calibrates training from how your week actually went. Body composition scans and scan to check in keep your in person training connected. Log progress photos, track streaks and PRs, and message your coach, all inside one calm app.
BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT
Marrow is multi modality by design. Strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates, mobility, dance, martial arts, plus meditation and breathwork as a first class pillar. One profile can hold more than one coach: a head coach alongside a nutritionist, a mobility specialist, or a meditation teacher, all in the same place.
FOR COACHES AND INSTRUCTORS
The app is your express layer for the day: today's sessions, booking requests, an earnings snapshot, and scheduling a class from your phone. The full console for roster, program building, paid templates, seminars, class packages, tipping, and payouts lives in your Marrow account on the web. Strength coaches, yoga and Pilates instructors, mobility coaches, conditioning coaches, dance and martial arts coaches, and meditation teachers are all first class.
WHAT YOU GET
Real coaching, not bots. Your coach assigns the program and replies to your messages. Marrow handles the infrastructure.
Wearable signal your coach actually uses. Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, and Garmin turned into a recovery picture.
Session programs that progress with you. Weeks, days, exercises, sets, rest timers, sub exercise pickers.
Live classes with your coach, browsed and booked in a tap. A tip is always optional, never required.
A community and network feed so the people you train with stay connected.
Built with care for everyone who shows up. Plain language, calm interface, accessible labels throughout.
Marrow does not score your form with AI. Your coach drives every annotation. Marrow does not write prescriptive meal plans. Marrow uses macro ranges and food principles. You eat what you want, inside the ranges.
The deepest layer of strength.

1.31.7 Sep 24
Coaching is faster. Add a client, give them a program, book them and train
them in a few taps, all from one calendar.
Run a session on the spot or from a booking, and end it with a clear note on
whether it uses a session from the client's package. You can choose not to
use one.
Every workout lands in the client's workout log, and changes show up on both
phones right away.
Coaches can now remove a client from their roster. Their membership is
cancelled first and upcoming bookings are cleared.
For members, today's workout is now the first thing you see on Train, and
ticking off a meal on your plan saves.
Plus fixes to sign in, program day numbering and a round of smaller polish.
1.31.3 Sep 22
Your coach's macro ranges now show up where they should. If your coach set
calories, protein, carbs and fat, you see those targets on your plan instead
of an empty ring.
Meal names and food names are readable again. Longer names wrap instead of
being cut off mid word.
Plus a round of fixes to the account screen and steadier behaviour
throughout.
1.31.2 Sep 21
Marrow 1.28.1 brings the new look to the screens you use most, in light mode and dark, and the screens you use mid session have been rebuilt so nothing moves under your thumb.
What is new
Light mode. Follow your phone or pick one in Settings. Training, nutrition, the coach console and the live screens all repaint, including the ones a coach opens with a client standing next to them.
The live screens. Logging a session, running a circuit and training with your coach in the room all sit on the same instrument. The pause button, the done check and the clock stay exactly where you left them when a movement name changes or a rest ends.
Circuits. A long movement name no longer pushes the pause button down the screen when the runner moves to the next station.
Onboarding. The about you screen has been rebuilt so the waiver reads in full on the screen, at any text size.
Nutrition. Meal plan, principles, health signals, the questionnaire, form check and food scan all take the new look. Quick Generate can build two or six meals a day, plans can run past seven days, and declared allergies are now saved to your record.
For coaches. Every edit to a client profile keeps what was there before, and you can put it back with one tap. Complimentary sessions can be started for a prospect you saved earlier. When something goes wrong on the live screen, the message tells you what to do next, not just that it happened.
Fixed a rest chime that could play minutes late after switching apps, a screen dimmer that went almost clear in light mode, and a connection chip that stayed red after the channel came back.
Plus a long list of smaller corrections to labels, colours and controls throughout the app.
1.28.1 Sep 16
Marrow 1.27.4 is about the session itself, about your coach being able to run one right beside you, and about what happens the moment you finish.
What is new
Circuits. When your coach writes A1, A2, A3 in front of a movement, those moves now sit together in one box, so you can see at a glance which ones run back to back.
AMRAP. Set a cap, hit start, count your rounds. The clock, the rounds and the reset are all on the card with the work.
Your workout scorecard. Finish a session and you get the total weight you moved, what that weight compares to, and a short read on the session: sets completed, time, rest, where you went past your target or past last time. You can share it, and you can switch it off in Settings if you would rather not see it.
Your own mark on it. If you coach and you have uploaded a logo, it now sits on the card you share from a finished session. If you have not, the card is clean without it.
Tap a number to type it. Tapping a weight or a reps value opens a keypad, so you no longer have to hold a plus button to get anywhere.
Keep pushing. When the same movement sits at the same load for two weeks, Marrow offers to add weight or add a rep the next time it comes up.
In person training. When your coach trains you in the room, they now work from the very same screen you train on. Every set they tick lands on your program while you are standing there, so nothing has to be written up afterwards.
One tap to a person. Training and Fuel both open on your list. Pick the tab, pick the name, and you are in.
Your progress photos. Sharing a photo, and turning sharing off again, are back where you can reach them, whether you have two photos or twenty.
One look from the very first screen. The intro, sign in and the membership screens now stand on the same ground as the rest of the app.
More room to read. Spacing across the training screens has been opened up, so a set, a rest and a circuit are easier to tell apart at a glance.
Plus a long list of smaller corrections to labels and controls throughout the app.
1.27.4 Sep 10
Marrow 1.27.0 brings the app in line with the coach dashboard, so the two finally look and feel like one product.
What is new
A new look throughout. Type, buttons, cards and colour now match the dashboard, and the app carries the new teal mark.
Easier to read. Nothing on screen renders smaller than 12 point any more, so captions, labels and stats are legible in a gym instead of squinted at.
One press feel. Every button in the app responds the same way, with a short weighted press and a haptic the moment your finger lands.
A cleaner sign in. Signing in is one screen with a considered layout, and the app no longer changes appearance the moment you sign in.
RPE explained where you are asked. Rate of perceived exertion now carries a plain explanation right next to the field, instead of living on a screen you had to go and find.
RPE that matches the web. The app now uses the same scale as your dashboard, including half points, so a number means the same thing wherever it was entered.
Your training style reaches your workout. The styles you pick when you join now shape the sessions you are given.
Fixes
Rest timers respect a coach who sets no rest between movements in a superset.
Exercise videos start when you open them instead of sitting under a spinner.
A long session no longer opens a video player for every movement at once.
The one rep max calculator is reachable from the coach console.
Reduce motion is now honoured everywhere, including animations that play as a screen opens.
1.27.0 Sep 7
Coaches can now use their own videos.
Upload your own clips straight from your phone, then choose which ones your clients see. Every clip starts private and stays that way until you switch it on.
Put your own video on any movement in a program, and your client sees your clip in their session instead of the standard one.
Fixes in this release: a video attached later in a longer program now reaches your client, a long video no longer starts over while you are watching it, and when part of a program does not save you are now told exactly which movements need another look.
1.26.6 Sep 2
Your training now lives in four tabs: Train, Fuel, Progress and You. The session you are doing today sits at the top of Train, so it is the first thing you see when you open the app.
Coaches who run a team can now see that team from their phone, and every coach can see which plan their own account is on.
Fixes in this release: the Train tab now shows the program your coach actually assigned, the Fuel tab only shows a plan that belongs to you, and connecting Apple Health works the way it should.
1.26.5 Aug 28
Rest between sets, where you actually train.
Your rest timer now lives inside each exercise, right under the video. Finish a set and the countdown starts on its own, for the rest that exercise calls for. Heavy compounds get their long rest, accessory work gets its short rest, and you can skip any of it with one tap.
One rep max, for the lifts that matter. Pick a compound lift, enter the set you did, and say how hard it felt. A set of five with two left in the tank is really a seven rep effort, and the number reflects that. Every working weight is rounded down to what you can actually load.
Caliper body fat and tape measurements. Coaches can take the three skinfold sites, enter them with age, and get the estimate right away. The sites and the equation are different for men and women, so the app uses the right one. Everything a coach records shows up on your Progress tab, with who recorded it.
Buttons across the whole app are solid now, and text that was hard to read on dark backgrounds has been fixed throughout.
1.26.4 Aug 26
Onboarding is easier to read.
The background artwork on the first few screens was sitting behind the questions and making them harder to read than they should be. It now sits back where it belongs, the answer you pick is unmistakable, and the buttons are solid and clear.
That is the whole update.
1.26.3 Aug 17
Managers for your gym.
Gym owners can now invite managers and scope each one to specific locations, so a manager opens the location they actually run and nothing else. Access can be switched off again from the same screen at any time.
The owner console also handles a brand new gym properly. An empty gym shows the real layout instead of a placeholder, so you can see how everything sits before your first member joins.
1.26.2 Aug 15
Small fixes for coaches.
• Put back now takes one tap, even if you tap twice.
• Signing out or switching accounts clears the last client days you viewed offline.
• Keep it only shows when there is a change to keep.
• The Client changes count on Home loads faster.
• Clearer wording on the team Client changes list.
Plus fixes throughout.
