Meet Coachlight. The robot from the app icon is now your coach's face. It asks your setup questions, signs every reply, thinks while it writes, and cheers your personal bests. Recipes on every day. Days that showed plain breakfast, lunch and dinner now get real recipes. If a rebuild can't finish, your current plan stays exactly as it is. Ask in your own words. "Rebuild my meal plan", "redo my workouts" or "make me a new meal plan" rebuild your week straight away. Tell the coach you love or avoid a food and your meals are rebuilt with recipes. A coach that keeps count. It knows which planned meals you have actually ticked, uses the same targets as the Nutrition tab, and a weight you tell it updates your targets. A quick prompt now counts as one free message, and Today's Workout and Today's Meals are free. Plus: a rounder, friendlier look for headlines and timers, one plan per day everywhere, personal bests in your own units, tighter allergy filtering, and a clear "sign in again" when a session expires.

Vyta is now Coachlight. Same app, same account, same subscription, with a new name and a new icon: the coach that sees every workout and every meal. Sessions that fit your time. Tell Coachlight how long you have and when you usually train, and every workout is built to fit. Change either any time in Profile. A coach that remembers further back. The coach now sees six weeks of your best sets, so it can tell a stall from a climb. It always knows what day it is where you are, and each reply shows what it read. Light mode is here. The app now follows a light or a dark theme. Switch whenever you like in Profile, right next to units. Meal plans that read like meals. Keto plans are built from real keto days now rather than swapped-out ingredients, every meal's totals match the food listed beneath it, and no dish turns up twice in the same day. A programme that keeps up with you. Change your height, weight or training days and your plan rebuilds around them, including the days already scheduled ahead. Plans are saved under your own calendar day wherever you are, and a day you've already logged is never overwritten. A week that doesn't repeat itself. Your training week no longer serves the same session twice unless you ask the coach for it. Pounds stay pounds. Switching units converts everything on screen, including the history you have already logged. Timed and distance work, counted properly. Intervals and distance sets no longer show up as personal bests in kilograms. Your own food counts. Photograph or describe something you ate off-plan and it can stand in for the meal it replaced, so the day still completes. "Log something you ate" on Today gets you there in one tap. Strava now comes in through Apple Health. Coachlight no longer connects to Strava directly, and any earlier connection is removed along with its data. In the Strava app, turn on Send to Health and your runs and rides come in through Apple Health instead. Plus fixes across onboarding, sign-in and the coach, and every screen now fits smaller iPhones and iPad.
