ESM app
Business
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
ESM Incidents is the official mobile app for the Ecovilla San Mateo team to report and follow up on operational incidents directly from the field.
Built for authorized staff only, it lets team members and supervisors document situations, coordinate responses, and keep a complete history of every incident — all from their phone.
KEY FEATURES
• Quick reporting: create an incident with title, description, priority, photos from the camera or library, and optional GPS location.
• My Incidents: view incidents you reported or that are assigned to you, with filters by status and priority.
• Status tracking: move incidents between open, in progress, and completed, and leave notes to coordinate with your team.
• Push notifications: get an instant alert when a supervisor assigns you a new incident from the web dashboard.
• Document attachments: upload supporting files to complement the report when needed.
• Secure access: sign in with a phone number verified via SMS, restricted to active team members.
WHO IT'S FOR
This app is exclusively for pre-registered Ecovilla San Mateo personnel. If you are not part of the team, you will not be able to sign in. To request access, contact your supervisor.
PRIVACY
ESM Incidents collects only the information needed to manage incidents: your phone number, the reports you create, the photos you attach, and — if you allow it — your location at the time of the report. See our privacy notice for details.

Say what you saw and watch the form fill in. Recording works with no signal; the words arrive when it returns.
• Record a visit and the words fill every record it asks for — check them before sending
• Photos and recording are captured from one place
• Incidents have their own tab; Work is now just the tasks assigned to you
• Long lists of options open as a searchable picker instead of filling the page
