Digital Services Driver is the official app for drivers and couriers working on the Digital City platform in Saranda.
Whether you're giving rides or delivering food and packages, everything you need is right here — in one app. Manage your work, track your earnings, and stay connected to the platform, all from your smartphone.
RIDES
• Go online with a single tap and start receiving ride requests instantly
• See full passenger details, pickup and drop-off locations before you accept
• Navigate directly to your passenger with built-in Google Maps support
• Track every step of the ride — from navigating to pickup, arriving, starting the trip, and completing it
• View a full fare breakdown including base fare, distance fare, and tips at the end of each trip
• Cancel a ride when necessary and still receive your cancellation fare automatically
• Your daily earnings are updated in real time after every completed ride.
DELIVERIES
• Browse all available food and package delivery orders in your area
• Claim the orders you want and manage all active deliveries from one clear screen
• Follow a simple step-by-step delivery flow: claim → pick up → start delivery → complete
• Get notified instantly of new incoming orders via push notifications — even when the app is in the background
• View full order details including pickup address, drop-off address, items, and customer information
• Handle multiple order statuses and always know exactly where you are in the delivery process.
EARNINGS & WALLET
• Get a clear overview of your daily, weekly, and monthly earnings at a glance
• View a detailed and fully searchable transaction history for every ride and delivery you complete
• Log manual expenses directly in the app with an optional photo receipt for record keeping
• Filter your transaction history by transaction type, custom date range, or amount to find exactly what you need
• Stay on top of your finances without needing any external tools or spreadsheets.
SAFE & SECURE
• Every driver goes through a full identity verification process before going online
• Vehicle registration and document uploads are reviewed to keep the platform trusted and safe
• Email and phone number verification protect your account from unauthorized access
• Secure JWT-based authentication with automatic session refresh keeps you signed in without interruption
• Your GPS location is only shared with the platform while you are actively online — never when you're offline.
ALWAYS CONNECTED
• A lightweight background service keeps your location updated every 1 minutes while you're online, so dispatchers and customers always know where you are
• The service runs silently and stops automatically the moment you go offline
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notifications ensure you never miss a new ride request or delivery order
• Your device token is automatically registered and updated so notifications always reach you.
