• Capture notes inline. Each entry auto-stamps with your name and today's date, builds into a running activity log per organization, and rolls up into AI-generated trip summaries.
• Custom date-range filtering — "everything from last week's trip", "everything since the Q1 conference", "the last 90 days in EMEA".
• Built-in duplicate detection. Scan a second person's card at the same firm and the app offers to add them as a new contact on the existing record instead of creating a duplicate row.
• Smart status normalization — typos and casing differences in your status column ("Engagement active" vs "engagement active") get unified automatically so filters and summaries stay clean.
• Multi-contact support per organization. Track everyone you've met at an account, with title, email, phone, and who scanned/added them.

AI assist is powered by Claude (Anthropic) — card OCR, trip summary generation, and contact extraction. Bring your own Anthropic API key.
PRIVACY
Your data lives in your Google Sheet, full stop. The app stores nothing on its own servers. Sign-in uses your existing Google account. AI processing is sent directly to Anthropic with the API key you configure — never routed through a third party.
