The budget oil and gas well location app for use in Texas & New Mexico
Find any well in Texas and New Mexico. It's free, it has no subscription, and saves info offline.
Dude, Where's My Well? is a well finder built by a Permian field hand for the people who actually drive to the pad: hotshot drivers, pumpers, service hands, and company men.
FIND IT
Search wells by name, API number, or area across Texas and New Mexico
Open the well details and save the locations you run every hitch
Quickly click on a saved well and revisit it any time
GET THERE
Build routes from where you are to a well, from one well to another, or from a waypoint to a well
Use offline maps when you lose signal out on the lease
Track lease roads as you drive them so you can find your way back next time
Drop waypoints (special Midland, TX & Carlsbad, NM spots are already loaded)
SHARE IT
Send a location to your crew in seconds
Share written directions that describe the route
Share notes on a well, like gate codes, which lease road to take, or "the second cattle guard, not the first"
KEEP IT
Back up and restore your saved wells and tracks on your phone
Free for real, with no subscription and no paywall. Doesn't gather data from your phone. A tool built for personal use that's being shared with the rest of the patch.
