Early starts • Arriving early for a morning shift? Before 6am, today's shift now shows under Today, ready to clock in, instead of under Yesterday marked as missed. • Shifts that start before 6am can be clocked in from the app straight away, without waiting for 6am. Live • The Live screen shows the names of cleaners working for your partner companies, instead of just "Cleaner".

Cover shifts • New: put another cleaner on a shift without changing who regularly does the job. Pick the job, a date or a date range, and who's covering. The regular gets that shift off and is told they don't need to go; every other shift stays theirs. Incidents • New: cleaners can report an incident from the job screen: a breakage, a hazard, an injury, or a site they couldn't get into. Your contractor is notified straight away. Sites • Restore archived sites from the bottom of your Sites list. • The Live map shows each site's clock-in area. • A warning when a site has no client price, so it doesn't invoice $0. Fixes • Clearer messages when signing in, resetting your password, and setting up a site.

Site clock-in radius • New: each site can now have its own clock-in radius. Large sites — industrial estates, campuses, multi-building centres — no longer refuse a clock-in from where the work actually happens. Set it on the site under "Clock-in radius"; leave it blank to keep the usual 150m. • The same radius is used for clocking out, the arrival reminder, and the automatic clock-out when you leave. Sites • Fixed: removing a site now archives it instead of failing with a database error. Its jobs, invoices and payslips are kept, and you can restore it from Sites on the web.

Live map • Fixed: the Live map no longer shows an "API KEY REQUIRED" message across the map.

Arrival reminders • Fixed: the "you've arrived at a job site" reminder now appears when you reach a site with your phone locked and in your pocket. Previously it only arrived once you unlocked the phone and opened Ontraq, which defeated the point of it. • If you're not getting arrival reminders, check that Location is set to Always under Settings › Ontraq › Location.

Privacy on site • New: tap the eye icon beside Telemetry on your dashboard to hide financial figures. Revenue, outstanding amounts, draft invoices, pending payslips and cleaner pay rates are replaced with dots, so nothing sensitive is readable over your shoulder while you're on a customer's site. • Active jobs and On site now stay visible, so the dashboard is still useful while figures are hidden. • Your choice is remembered on this device, including after you close the app. Clearer confirmations • Deleting a job, site, invoice or supply item, removing a team member and ending a subcontractor relationship now show a confirmation that matches the rest of the app and says what will actually be lost — for example that a job's clock-in history and pay records go with it.

Assigning work Contractors can now edit jobs subcontracted to them by another company — assign your own cleaner, set the schedule, hours and pay rate. Previously these could only be edited on the website. The cleaner picker now shows your full active team. Cleaners who work for more than one company were missing from the list before. Jobs shared between companies now show the assigned cleaner's name instead of "Unassigned". Plans and billing Your plan now updates as soon as you return to the app after changing it on the website — no need to force-quit. A dropped connection no longer temporarily unlocks paid features. Inspections now correctly follow your plan. Plan and billing details are managed on our website, and the app now points you there. Invoices and sites Marking an invoice as sent now emails the client. Previously it could be marked sent without anyone being asked to pay. Invoices can only be deleted while they are still drafts. Sites can now be contracted at an hourly rate, alongside per day and per week. Notifications Subcontracting a job now notifies the partner company. Submitting a payslip now notifies your employer. Cleaners can turn missed-clean emails on or off under More. Alerts in the app stay on. Fixes Forms no longer keep the previous entry's details. Adding a second team member, site, invoice or inspection now opens a clean form — a new site form could previously open pre-filled with the last site's name, address and map pin.

Reliability release — clocking on, your job list, and repeating jobs. • Early-morning and overnight shifts now clock on and off correctly. Jobs that start before 6am could previously refuse to start, and a shift that ran past midnight could be left open — which meant it wasn't paid or invoiced. Both are fixed. • Your job list no longer says "You're all clear today" when the app simply couldn't reach the server. If you're offline or in a basement, you now keep the list you already had, with a note that it may be out of date. • Checklist ticks stay ticked. On a long or overnight clean the list could reset partway through and ask you to redo work you'd already done. • Repeating jobs run when they should. Monthly jobs set to the 29th, 30th or 31st were silently skipping shorter months, and fortnightly jobs could appear before their start date. • For contractors: subcontracting a job from your phone now works — the company picker was coming up empty. A cleaner who finishes a job no longer stays shown as "on site". And opening the app with no signal now takes you to the right place instead of the cleaner view. • Photo capture is temporarily unavailable while we rebuild it properly. Clearer, more accurate revenue on your dashboard. • Your dashboard now leads with the numbers that actually tell you how the business is doing: Revenue this month, Outstanding (billed and awaiting payment) and Paid to date — alongside week revenue, active jobs and who's on site now. • All revenue figures now exclude GST, so what you see is what your business actually earns. • "This week" and "this month" now cover exactly those periods, and match the figures shown everywhere else you use Ontraq. • Invoice amounts now follow each site's agreed budget — per day or per week — so what you bill matches what you quoted. • If you subcontract for another company, the work you complete for them is now recorded as your revenue.
