CAPTURE: THREE WAYS, UNDER 10 SECONDS
Business card scan: point your camera at a card. Met reads it with on-device OCR and extracts name, job title, company, email, phone, website, LinkedIn URL, and address automatically. Review, confirm, done.
LinkedIn QR scan: ask them to show their QR code and scan it. No connection request, no login. The profile URL is captured instantly. Also works from the edit screen.
Quick manual add: type a name. That is the only required field. Add the rest now or later.
VOICE NOTES THAT BECOME SEARCHABLE TEXT
Right after meeting someone, tap record and speak for 20 seconds. "Works at Speedinvest, Series A B2B. Knows Mahdi. Into watches. Reach out after launch." Done. Faster than typing three words.
Met transcribes every voice note directly on-device with Whisper AI. No audio ever leaves your phone. No internet required. The transcript is added to the search index. Two weeks later, "VC watches" finds the right person, even though you never typed that word.
Three quality levels: Low (75 MB), Medium (150 MB), High (490 MB), fully offline.
ADD CONTEXT IN SECONDS
Right after capture, Met asks for context no other app asks for:
Text note: anything else worth remembering, typed freely.
Event: which conference, dinner, or meetup you met them at.
Category: auto-detected from job title and company.
Follow-up: star them to surface later when you're ready to reach out.
Photo: optional camera or library pick.
FIND ANYONE INSTANTLY
Search hits everything at once: names, companies, job titles, text notes, voice note transcripts, categories, and event names.
"VC watches Vienna" finds Markus. Watches was only ever spoken in a voice note.
"INSIDEOUT" shows everyone from that event.
"Mahdi" surfaces anyone you mentioned Mahdi about in any note.
LOG EVERY INTERACTION
Every coffee, call, and meeting gets logged as an interaction. Title, date, voice note, text note, all transcribed and searchable. A full relationship history, not just a static contact card.
EVENTS: WHERE YOU MET THEM
Create an event before you go. Everyone you add gets tagged to it automatically. Afterwards, pull up every person you met there in one tap.

Hi everyone,
you can now back up everything in one file: people, events, interactions, to-dos, voice notes and photos. Restore it on a new phone and nothing is lost. You'll find it in the settings.
Switching tabs is now instant and takes you back to where you left off, and text fields stay visible above the keyboard.
