RamuStudio is the training plan for everyone who walks from machine to machine at the gym and would rather not work out the seat position all over again each time. Every machine gets a line: number, name, weight, sets and repetitions. One tap on the big tick and the exercise is done for today – with the time, so you can see where you are. HOW IT WORKS • Set up your exercises once: machine number, name, weight, sets, repetitions. • Note the seat, pad and foot settings too – then the machine is right straight away next time. • Tap at the machine: check the values, change the weight, add a note. Everything saves itself. • Sort the order the way you walk through the gym. • Tick off what's done; a tap on the time undoes it. YOU SEE YOUR PROGRESS • A chart per machine showing how your weight has developed. • Statistics by day, week and month: number of workouts and how long they took. • Tap a workout day to see all exercises of that day. PRIVACY All data stays on the device. RamuStudio has no servers, no account, no ads and no tracking – and does not ask for a single permission. To move to a new phone the app writes everything into a backup file that you store yourself. Large type, clear colours, no distractions – like every Ramu app. Languages: English, German, French, Spanish.
