By empowering employees to recognize one another's dedication, collaboration, and commitment, MYStar nurtures a culture where appreciation becomes a daily habit, not an occasional event. With MYStar, you can: - Recognize colleagues who exemplify our values, whether from Leaders, Peers, or Patients - See and be inspired by other people's achievements - Stay in touch with important announcements - Keep track of your MYStar Points and exciting rewards We believe that when people feel valued, they perform at their best, and when our people perform at their best, our patients will experience it too. Please note: MYStar is developed by the internal team of Mayapada Healthcare Group exclusively for the use of Mayapada Healthcare Group employees. Access is restricted to authorized personnel within Mayapada Healthcare Group and is not intended for public use. Better Care begins with appreciating those who deliver it.
