Fixed an issue where "Clear all Received" reset expense, mileage, and respite entries instead of removing them from view. Cleared entries now disappear properly and no longer reappear in PDF/email reports. Refund reports (PDF & email) now only include entries still needing action — already-submitted or already-received entries no longer show up in newly generated reports.

Fixed an issue where documents, funding trackers, care team messages, and learning/life skills progress could show the wrong child's information in households with more than one youth profile. Each child's records now stay correctly separated when switching between profiles. Also includes routine under-the-hood improvements to keep the app running smoothly.
