Merge PDFs: Combine and Split is a local PDF utility for iPhone and iPad. Choose PDFs or a folder from Files, merge PDFs in the selected folder, include subfolders, split outputs by size, source file count, or page count, or create one merged PDF for each immediate subfolder.
Output files are written back to Files and can be previewed or shared from the results screen. The app is free to use; optional tips are available if you want to support ongoing development.
PDF processing stays on your device. No account, upload, analytics, advertising, or tracking is required.

Version 1.1 adds broader local document conversion before merging, including more Office, OpenDocument, archive, markup, email, diagram, notebook, and image-based formats. It also adds split by page count, refreshes the iOS setup flow, improves first-run guidance, and includes accessibility and contrast polish for Larger Text, VoiceOver, and dark/high-contrast appearances.
